“Love the variety of drinks and toppings, also have macarons and croffles. They also have occasional events here. The place is clean and service always friendly. There's also games here if you'd like to hang out a bit while having your drinks. Easy to use app for pick up orders as well and rewards.“

“I recently visited PappaRoti in Naperville, and it was an incredible experience! The coffee shop had a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it perfect for catching up with friends or just enjoying some time alone with great food and drinks. Their signature buns are absolutely delicious—soft, fluffy, and perfectly flavored. I also tried their Karak Tea, which was rich and full-bodied, pairing wonderfully with the buns.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to ensure everything was perfect. The place was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall enjoyable vibe. Whether you’re looking for a quick snack or a cozy spot to relax, PappaRoti is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend.“

“I love this place have ordered many many times since they’ve opened. I would say the last four times or so. They have messed up my order in one way or another today was an exceptional mess up. I called to talk to the manager, Wendy who 100 percent made up for all of it!! She was very kind and apologetic and not only did she remake my order but deliver it to my home herself! I was about ready to give up on this place honestly and she Absolutely changed my mind!
I get that people make mistakes happens all the time. It’s what you do with that that makes all the difference and I will say that Wendy made all the difference today.!! Manager!!!“
