Don't know exactly what the issue is. The pizza is fine... When it arrives. It's been delivered to wrong address, and this is the 2nd or 3rd time I've waited 2 hrs for an estimated 31 min ready time. If you're too busy or understaffed, just stop taking delivery orders or at the very least let people know when you get the order the reality of wait time. No one even came to the phone this time. Left on hold for over 20 minutes.
