“We had my sons second birthday party here and I would highly recommend to anyone who has enjoyed eating at Morettis. The catering and management team were very responsive, flexible, and excited for host our event. We had about 50 people and the staff was outstanding. Everyone loved the food. “We had to wait for about an hour for a table but it was sooooo! worth it :) the Beaujolais that my friend got was phenomenal, I was jealous that I had opted for a martini.

We all got a burger which was 10/10, cooked perfectly and extremely flavorful. we shared the boccarones which I highly recommend and the gnocchi which was good but perhaps not paired well with something as heavy as a burger — thought the flavors might be a bit lighter/brighter.

all in all a wonderful experience, the staff was funny and attentive, the music was good, the vibes were up. looking forward to returning.“

“We needed a place to stay close to the Concord music hall, and found the Leavitt St. Inn and Tavern. Every element of our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. The menu at the inn was a purposefully short, curated list of bar food, and everything we tried was incredible. The tavern had a great neighborhood feel, and the room we stayed in was well-appointed, and just right for my wife and me. We met the owners within a few moments of arriving, and immediately felt welcomed. I highly recommend the Leavitt St. Inn and Tavern to anyone looking for a hidden gem of a place to stay while visiting Chicago. We can't wait until we travel north again, because we know where we are staying! 5 stars! A++++“

“Hosted my boyfriend's 30th surprise birthday party here. I needed a venue with a private room for a murder mystery dinner and uptown tap really came through. I was able to get a last minute booking (1.5 weeks out) for such an affordable price! The contact was super responsive and I couldn't be more grateful.“

“Chilled out hang out place with a fantastic selection of brews. Dogs are welcome indoors too, which is great as the temperature outside gets lower. You could also bring in food from elsewhere. “Honestly, a great bar with good beer. It loses a star because almost every night, one of their bartenders sits outside and very loudly revvs his motorcycle before leaving. I live very close and it is very disturbing. If someone in marketing sees this review please tell him to be more considerate.“

The service was good! It was a bit rowdy crowd there bc of the basketball game but overall a good time and definitely would be back! Also, order the summer smash! “I've been knows the number of times and I've always liked it. They've done a lot building out the rear space and that's nice to have expanded area because it was a little bit tight before. They have a stage in the main area which allows them to have entertainment.“

“Great atmosphere, very festive. The server was so nice and helpful with suggestions for our meal. She kept checking in on us throughout the night to make sure we had everything we needed.

The fried pickles with their dipping sauce were a fun surprise, really good.

Also, I enjoyed the Burrata pizza. Although it tastes great on it's own it could have used a balsamic glaze to sweeten it a bit. My friend opted for the Kimchi fries (slightly spicy) and the fruit pizza. It looked like a healthy summer salad, covered in feta and fruit, and was told it was pretty good.

Parking was a bit of a struggle. We found street parking behind the location in a residential street.

They’re a Malört bar so they go hard on everything Malört including an ever changing rotation of infusions. On my visit, I absolutely loved the Gumball infusion. Surprisingly, I enjoyed the cheddar caramel version, too. I don’t like the Chicago style popcorn mix with the same flavor profile but it somehow worked in Malört?“
