“I work downtown and go here at least once a week. I order the same thing when I go, 16oz Fr Vanilla Latte with half and half. Depending who was working the counter I would get charged differently each time. $5.66 one day or $6.77 the next. I asked one day and was told I was being charged for the half and half. Ok fine, BUT today I go there and order the same drink and they wanted to charge me $7.00 for a 16oz??? Starbucks and Dunkin charge $4.49 for the same drink and size. I go to CXT to support local. But today was probably my last day. The gentleman today fixed me up and I was charged $5.00. I think you Managers better circle back because no one will pay $7.00 for a 16oz iced latte.“

“This was our first time and we enjoyed it immensely. We had the chicken salad sandwich, a three cheese grilled cheese, and corn fritters. The corn fritters were great and we had never tried them with powdered sugar - so good. If they have it, I also highly recommend the fresh lemonade... YUM! Love the quaint atmosphere. 🩷“

“We had a wonderful stay. The first day was incredible we ate at their restaurant I had the steak and everyone else their pizza food was super delicious. Steak was phenomenal. The next day my family and our friends decided to have some Japanese food at a restaurant nearby. I ended up having an emergency situation where I was in active anaphylaxis I begged my husband to just take me to the hotel which was right across the street. We came in the door asked if they had Benadryl and they asked if we needed an ambulance (husband said yes as I was saying no I’m fine, I wasn’t clearly fine at all) Everyone acted fast and got me Benadryl, water and kept my little one occupied while everything was going on. All this happened literally with in minutes. The ambulance came took me to the hospital where we sat for several hours to monitor me after receiving epinephrine. My friends watched our little one. I wish I caught the names of the staff members. Thank you for stepping in and acting fast and keeping everything calm. Truly appreciate everything y’all did for me that day. Very grateful my husband didn’t listen to me when I was saying no. Y’all are the best! Thanks for the amazing stay and the amazing riverside view!“
