“I visited Culver’s and really enjoyed their signature ButterBurger and crispy cheese curds—they were hearty, juicy, and tasted fresh. The frozen custard dessert was creamy and delightful, but my fries arrived slightly soggy and felt lukewarm by the time I ate them. The atmosphere is casual and clean, the kind of friendly Midwestern fast-casual spot that feels reliable and welcoming. Overall, it was tasty and satisfying with just a few small service hiccups“

“The ice cream is all made in house. It is not typical ice cream but it is delicious. You just need to go and have it explained to you. The lady behind the counter was wonderful. She explained the different flavors and how they were made and gave us samples. We were looking for something sweet after dinner and I'm glad we stopped here.“

“Only difficulty with this Crumbl store is sometimes they say they are sold out of a certain favorite flavor of cookie online... so I pick another less wanted flavor and at the time of pick up - there in-person, the favorite flavor is magically there. At pick up, it's frustrating to see this as I usually don't make staff switch out less desired cookie for the favorite one as time is a factor or length of line. Makes me not want to patronize establishment when I'm paying $5+ for one cookie. It seems there should be a way to keep better track of inventory when alot of business is handled online or using the Ipad ordering system in the store. The above happened 2x in one week. The product is delicious and when they have cookies advertised in stock, it's a great process.“
