This is one of the few casual dining places that I feel like if the employees aren’t making at LEAST $19/hr and if not, I’d be embarrassed to be an operator. I really hope your crew is making what they deserve, because they absolutely and unequivocally deserve it. During these times where fuel is $5/gallon, the crew should be living like kings and queens.
