“"You're never fully dressed, without a SMILE" And this staff is fully dressed. Bright and happy at the ungodly morning hours. Speedy service on my espresso drink with nice 'n rich flavors popping. Toasty warm pastry items. It's coffee, not rocket surgery or brain science. Drink up some of those smiles. This DDDelivers!“
“The ice cream was delicious and made on the premises! Was served by one the owners who was very friendly and helpful. You could hear the pride in his voice as he walked us through all the options and combinations! Decor was beautiful. Loved the atmosphere!!“
“Ready to go into a small town, Mom and Pop type store and give your tastebuds a trip on the stairway to Heaven?? This is the place for you. Right in Washington, Illinois' town square, it's a small place with BIG tastes! I visit relatives in the E. Peoria/Washington area every few years from SW Florida, and I NEVER miss a trip to Avanti's, Emo's, and Holland's! Each place is worth the 1400+ mile trip, but Hollands has the added gift of letting me take some home! The caramel corn is sweet and salty and especially caramel-y, with each bite crunchy and fresh. They have it with and without nuts, so don't confine yourself to just one type. That's not all, though. They also have a cheesy corn that tastes like you hoped the new Cheeto's Pop Corn tasted like. (which was a HUGE disappointment! Imagine how thrilled I was to see cheesy corn available at my local store...that is, until I tasted it! Cheeto's/NO. Holland's/a BIG resounding YES!!) Holland's tastes like Cheetos on yumminess steroids!Holland's has lots more flavors that are incredibly yummy. They add nuts and other goodies to their popcorn with amazing new flavors. If you're within a couple of hundred miles, make a day of it. Drive to the Peoria Area and go to Avanti's for lunch, then Emo's for chili dogs, then top it off with a few bags (or more) of Holland's Caramel Corn. Don't count on one bag being enough. I promise that by the time you get home, your first bag will be empty, and you'll be wishing you'd gotten LOTS more!“
“This ice cream is served by the scoop and so delightful. Lots of fun and slightly unique flavors. So far I have enjoyed the grasshopper pie and the smoreos and peanut butter chocolate. Look forward to trying more! They also have a variety of smoothies as well. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He recommended that my mom get carmel on her apple pie ice cream and she said it really made it. My husband got a flight and enjoyed trying different kinds as well.“
“Food was good, atmosphere was great, the staff was very nice but we went right at lunch time on a nice Sunday and the place was super busy and it took a long time to get our food, no big deal because we weren't in a hurry, but something to keep in mind.“
“Our experience was great. Me and my husband were walking around and saw the ice cream shop and they were open so we decided to go in. The employee was very welcoming and polite. We were both having a hard time deciding on which flavor ice cream we should try. So the employee had us try all of the ones we were wondering about. Then I decided on black raspberry chip and my husband got grasshopper pie. We found out my sundae had the last of my flavor for the whole season and our sundaes had hot fudge and whipped cream they were amazing. We had a wonderful time and we can't wait to go back and try something new“
“best ice cream place in town, not joking at all. better than dairy queen or any other place that specializes in ice cream. you can get food there as well as tons of ice cream, wizard or sundae options. the line can be very long but they get through it quick. amazing job“
“On a hot Saturday evening after being outside all day... my wife and I stopped for ice cream and the service we received from the three young ladies working was simply outstanding! Living in davenport is a ways away, but we lost my truck keys and my wife called to check and see if they got left by accident... The greeting we got was outstanding, she double checked with Carrie and assured us they were not there.....We found them btw. Thank you every one“
“(Translated by Google) Great assortment of everything, flavored waters, ice cream, popsicles, prepared corn, potatoes, huaraches, etc.(Original)Gran surtido en todo, aguas de sabores, nieves, paletas, elotes preparados, papas, huaraches, etc.“
“I give it 4 stars due to the price, a bit high for a cookie, but I have heard they pay their employees well. That being said, I loved their cookies, changing it up made it fun. The chocolate chip is my favorite! They also serve some of them warm! Unfortunately they don't have gluten free.“
“Stopped in to buy a couple of ladies milkshakes that have their home in a nearby nursing home. The ladies behind the counter were cheerful and bright as being helpful. Over ten bucks for two medium shakes is a bit much, but in today's environment it's not unreasonable. The gals just raved about the quality of their shakes and that makes it all worthwhile in my opinion.“
“It was very good and allergy friendly meal (gluten free). I think $14.99 for a chicken sandwich combo meal is a bit pricey so I don't eat it often but I really enjoy it when I do.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free buns available“
“Higher quality fast food than the usual suspects. Clean. Condiments and drinks/covers weren't sticky. Very well organized. A drink had spilled into the condiments bin, but considering that it was just after dinner rush, that is understandable. I was disappointed to find that my double butter burgers had transformed into a double butter burger with cheese. Or more likely cheese-based foodstuffs. Dreadful. The staff were very courteous and friendly.Restroom was clean. This Culver's has done away with paper towels except for one motion-activated towel dispenser by the faucets. No paper towel debris all over the sink and the floor. And the restroom door has one of those step-and-pull-with-the-sole-of-your-shoe things affixed to its base. Much less likely to contaminate your just-washed hands in order to open the door.In general I like Culver's and this was one of the nicest I visited in years. The atmosphere? It's screaming, racing around, hyperactive kids purportedly being supervised by adults. But seriously? Ancient grandmas and teenagers who could care less about their charges' behavior. I don't really blame them. But it's why I get my orders to go.Verdict? I still love me some Culver's.“
“I really liked the morton culvers, best in area for me. A lot of times, you have to wait in a line, both inside and outside, especially during launching dinner times, but it's worth it. The food is always hot and delicious. we enjoy the big beef pot roast sandwich and make sure to make it a basket. And their custard flavors change every day. Yummm. And as a perk, they offer senior citizen discount!“
