“Only difficulty with this Crumbl store is sometimes they say they are sold out of a certain favorite flavor of cookie online... so I pick another less wanted flavor and at the time of pick up - there in-person, the favorite flavor is magically there. At pick up, it's frustrating to see this as I usually don't make staff switch out less desired cookie for the favorite one as time is a factor or length of line. Makes me not want to patronize establishment when I'm paying $5+ for one cookie. It seems there should be a way to keep better track of inventory when alot of business is handled online or using the Ipad ordering system in the store. The above happened 2x in one week. The product is delicious and when they have cookies advertised in stock, it's a great process.“

“I am 62 had never been inside a Culver's. Visited on November, 7th 2024. The menu option was wonderful, the service fast. Employees were very professional. The facility was spotless, even though there was a lunch crowd. The food was freshly made and to my surprise, hot. It wasn't lukewarm nor just microwaved. I don't usually do fast food, but will visit Culver's before the other fast food options. Pleasantly surprised!!“

“The food was so good. First time trying this place but I'd always had heard good things. My bf got a horseshoe (his first ever horseshoe after recently moving to the area) and I got cheese fries. There was a good amount of food for the price and the quality was great. The cheese fries were really good and the cheese hit the spot. He said the horseshoe was delicious and he was stuffed afterwards. He is picky about seasoning and he said the burger patty in the horseshoe was seasoned very well. Biggest amazing point for me was somehow the fries were HOT on delivery. I used to deliver food and fries are always so hard to keep even warm during delivery but I got the cheese on the side and the fries were still HOT. Overall would highly recommend this place“
