Used to go at least once a week; don't go anymore. Miss the great burgers but when they got rid of waitresses, they got rid of us.
This was our first time back to a steak n shake since most had closed. NO SERVERS you have to order add a kiosk... booo 👎
My tripple lettuce wrapped burger and tots were good

I Ordered food around 4pm. The service was precise and fast, and they weren't busy. I ate a little but of my tater tots and chicken strips in the restaurant. I took the rest of my food home, including my double steak and cheese burger. I just decided to finish my food. When I cut my burger in half(glad I did), there was a long piece of plastic in my burger. 🤨(pic attached) I thought it was maybe an onion, but straight plastic!
