Tortas Locas is a Mexican restaurant with excellent food at good prices. The fish dish is delicious and large, perfect for those looking for something yummy. The owner used to serve like royalty, now service is still good. The parking and wheelchair accessibility are excellent, making it a kid-friendly place. Located in a strip mall, the storefront is inviting with neon signs and food photos. Inside, the decor is varied with fun signs on the walls. The portions may be a bit small for some dishes, like the chilaquiles, but the service is quick, attentive, and polite, earning the restaurant three stars. It's worth another visit to try something different.
