Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Got my first hot pretzels at this location. I have never had them hot anywhere have been all over the untited states and this was the first dairy queen. If you looking for a hot pretzel then I hghly recommend this place

I love DQ ice cream. This visit though all I had were the pretzel sticks w cheese sauce which were good. That has been my experience with them at many locations too. A bit of a wait in the drive thru but I expect it's because they're always so busy.

Did not have to wait long at the drive-thru.

Love dairy Queen we always have a good experience there they have a lot of young workers but they work hard don't ever have to wait on your food and it's always hot and good 😊

12/7/24 I’m from steeleville, this was the best burgers my mom and I have ever had at a Dairy Queen. Hot and juicy. The fries were great also. The staff was fast and great. All Dairy Queen’s should strive to be this good. They were really busy also.

We have been going here for 7 years NOW they charge extra for toppings on the sundae on the $7. Meal? No charge 2 weeks ago.

Ordered a bac cb meal also a hamburger. Got my order wrong no bacon on cb. Returned it! 6 employees standing around, finally someone came up and asked what they could do. I told her it was a wrong order, she told me to keep the fries. I told her I wanted new fries when I get my correct order, didn't want them to get cold. Got my order back with less fries. What a joke, NO one in there seemed to care!! It was like being in a highschool hallway with everyone joking around. Is this how DQ runs their business in 1700 Walnut St Murphysboro ILLINOIS. @ 2:49 pm Very bad business going on in this location. Do not go here. Wouldn't waste my hard earned money !!!

Good DQ in Murphysboro. Drive thru usually moves smooth. The inside has left a bit to be desired but, I've been in far worse places. I've always gotten well prepared food from this DQ.
