Put in an order for curbside pick up a few minutes after 5 PM. It said pick up would be available at 5:15. At 5:10, I put that I was there to pick up. Around 515, it said that it was done and someone would bring it out to me. I watched at least six people go in after I said that I was there to pick up, get their food and leave. I waited until 530, 15 minutes after they said it was ready to go and finally walked in and it was just sitting there for Regular inside pick up. Normally, this would not be an issue and I would’ve gone and got it myself anyways, but I had my young daughter in the car and did not want to have to drag her out in the cold and then have to re-buckle her up. if they don’t want to have to bring the food out to you or cannot do it on a first come first serve basis, they need to take it off the app as an option.

I ordered a Veggie Delite but was given a tuna sub by mistake. When I asked them to remake it, they put WAY too much mustard on the new sandwich, making it inedible. What a mess it made. I won’t be returning back. Subway needs better customer service at this location. Messing up orders and poor communication at the window left me frustrated. I had to repeatedly ask for clarification on what they were saying. It felt like they remade the sandwich poorly out of spite.

The last two times I’ve been here they majorly skimp on the salads. One of my salads was only half full. At $10 that salad better be filled to the top, how expensive is lettuce, geez! The ingredients weren’t very fresh either. I go to subways all over Southern IL and this one is my least favorite. Unfortunately in the town I live in.

I don’t know what’s wrong with this particular subway, but they are not good. Last time we got sandwiches, the girl put half the amount of meat that it was supposed to have. She put the amount for a 6” on a Footlong. Then today (11/27 at 6:30) we went and ordered our food and three cookies but we only got 2.5 cookies. How do you not see you have half a cookie left in your display? I’m usually pretty patient with food service, but I’ve done this job. It’s not difficult, and I expect better.

Attention local folks, if you have coupons, don't go to Carbondale West main location!!!!!! No sooner than I pulled up to the drive thru, the first thing they yelled was, "We are a private franchise and we don't accept Any type coupons no matter where they come from" my response: "See Ya don't wanna be ya"!!!!???The murphysboro, Illinois location is the fastest, friendliest, location, and they do accept coupons!!!! Good Luck at other locations
