Chipotle Mexican Grill in Naperville

“I would like to thank the crew that was on staff tonight for their service and having a clean service line.

I live off 143rd street therefore I first went to the Chipotle at 127th, the service line was just mess, nasty, unclean. Pinto beans were in the black beans, there was no white rice, the fajita vegetable pan was burnt, cheese, lettuce and sour cream was all over the counter. There was line 5 people working the line but no one attempted to clean the line.

This is the second time that I have walked out of the Chipotle at 127th to go to the one at 95th street. Again I appreciate the staff at 95th.“

“Legit the best Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I will drive half way across the state if I’m craving a burrito or anything from Chipotle just to come to this specific location. Flawless every time. If I could give 10 stars I would! Whoever is running the show here deserves a raise. I will be back!“

“This is the best Chipotle in all of Naperville by far! I have had countless issues with the Chipotle downtown Naperville and off of 75th/Naper.

This location always charges me correctly (I've been overcharged several times at others), packs the bowls with as much food as possible (as it should be), and gives a good amount of chips in both the regular size and the kids' size (at the 75th location, I've gotten less than 8 chips in the kids' bag almost every time).

Not only that, but they are friendly and fast! I only go to them every time I want Chipotle from now on.“

“I really like this Chipotle but this last visit the girl brought out a fresh pot in front of me poured the old food on top of the new food I don't know how old it was I didn't even get any of the new one, what a tease. She was acting like she bought it herself kept leveling it off. Better service at the Naperville store on 75th street, healthy fresh servings. Well, except manager kept yelling at workers in front of customers.“
