I ordered a baked potato and asked for green onion and turkey (I paid extra for), and did not receive either one. I work 15 mins away and it's the opposite way from home so I couldn't go back.
Easily one of my favorite lunch spots in Naperville! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. You have to try their Sweet Tea and the McAlister's Club—the ingredients are always fresh and they never skimp on the portions. Highly recommend supporting this location!
I order lunch from McAlister’s Deli through the drive-thru almost every other day. Unfortunately, there is rarely anyone at the drive-thru window when I arrive, and I often have to wait 5–10 minutes for my food. The staff is generally friendly, but the wait times can be frustrating, especially for customers using the drive-thru for convenience. I hope they can improve the efficiency of the service.

McAlister's Deli serves decent food. The Memphian sandwich is warm and generous. Staff are pleasant and gracious. However, orders are sometimes incorrect or missing items. The food is very good but can be expensive. Drive-thru pick up is available, but soda servings can be disappointing with too much ice and not enough drink. Overall, McAlister's Deli is a good option for lunch, with a welcoming atmosphere, but with some room for improvement in order accuracy and service.
