“We had a 5:45 reservation but we're not seated until 6:15, which was frustrating since we had to leave the restaurant by 7:30 in order to pick our kids up from a party on time. However, everything was smooth sailing after we were seated and our server was excellent as was the food! I will always be annoyed, however, when I have to wait to be seated 30 minutes after my reservation time.“

“I have been going there when they were located in strip malls on Ogden Ave for their buffet in early 2010, and now at their new location in Naperville. In my opinion they have better quality of food than others in the area. Also, not many people know of the buffet offerings on the weekends, which they need to put out the sign in front.“

Started with the AZ eggrolls, crab cake, and seared tuna appetizers which had so many great flavors. We then moved to Balsamic Ribeye, jambalaya, salmon, snd roast chicken crepes. Everything was spiced and cooked to perfection. The bread pudding, raspberry cheesecake, and pumpkin cheesecake were incredible as well. We were in the area buying a car, we tried a slice, came back and got a full pizza a few moments later, my wife told them how she loved cheesecake and had to come back and try theirs, without hesitation, they went back inside and brought out to her a fresh slice of strawberry cheesecake, and even showed up the process in how they make it. I 1000000% can’t recommend them enough. Perfect pizza and even better people. I love them and we will back very often to get some great pizza but most importantly to see some amazing people.“

Lou's prepared the order perfectly as requested, the order was ready for pick-up at the quoted time, and the staff providing the pick-up service were helpful and friendly.
