“The crab legs are no doubt the main attraction here. But they do suffer in fried foods where if you put frozen foods in fry oil, it lowers the frying temps and oil soaks the food. It's a common problem with lots of restaurants.
So I would say, the sides and most foods are fairly plain which can work for most folks, its a good atmosphere and the crab legs are good, but it won't win awards for exceptional meals.
My general recommendations are about putting too much frozen food in the fryer, keeping the temps high so you don't have too much oil soaking into the wings or other things. And also don't be afraid to spice up the sides and such. It's very capable of being better, just needs a little love.
Personally, if they considered no seed oils and real butter (unsure if they do this already), along with these others, it would rank up to a solid 5 out of 5 for me.“

“I went to Krispy Chicken in Nashville Illinois at 7:30pm. I had a box with 4 chicken tenders, red beans and rice, and fries. The tenders were very good and moist. The breading tasted to me like Chick-fil-A breading. The red beans and rice didn't look perfect but I enjoyed it. The fries were crispy, not like the yellow wilty fries some places serve. Service was quick and the man behind the counter was friendly. Overall I think KKC is fine and I'll go back again sometime.“
