“Stopped by this interesting little brewery / taproom on a whim. Their beer is good, the service was good. Apparently they have food trucks but I had already had lunch. I grabbed some carryout beer to try the brews I didn't try while I was there.“

The manager Frank exhibits a work ethic seldom seen anymore and it shows in the results of his efforts in the wonderful dining experience you have each time you set foot in Gatto's. “Ate out there a few days ago, and met the sweetest hostess, she had colorful hair, she held the door for us coming in and out. She was absolutely polite. When we had a small issue with paying our bill, she help us immediately. What an amazing hostess. We'll definitely be back“

“I remember you Laura. You and your partner walked in while we were super busy. Maybe you didn't notice our heads down in the well making cocktail after cocktail after cocktail for the numerous satisfied guests. Each cocktail takes several minutes to construct. Our other guests seemed fine with the wait. While you seem more content with being a keyboard warrior. Service is something we take great pride in Laura, your lack of patience could really use some work. Oh, the elevator situated right next to the stairs may have helped get you up and down, sorry you didn't see it.“

“Great spot to find crafts from Illinois and beyond. Have an array of liquor to choose from too. Employees are humble and easy to talk to. They have pinball machines and a bar if you're interested in hanging for a while. They also allow dogs into the building!“

“One of the best dive bars if not the best in Lockport. It's a known biker bar, serves popcorn, has miller high life. What else do you need? Place has plenty of character and characters inside. I don't know where the "best bloody mary's" came from. This is 100% false, do not expect a good bloody, maybe in the 90s but not anymore. Overall, great spot, great dive.“

“This is not your typical ‘bar food’. Everything we have tried there is higher quality Restaurant Food. Bartenders … especially Artie and Kristy are attentive, efficient and fun ! The 0wner, Tommy is usually hanging around and is friendly and accommodating. Sometimes due to allergies I have to alter the menu a little and he doesn’t hesitate to switch things around a little… Do yourself a favor… stop in for a great meal and enjoy a friendly atmosphere.“

“Stopped in here on a hot summer day during Bluegrass Festival 2024 before the crowds hit. The vibe of this place when it's not crowded is awesome. I felt transported back to the 1970's just walking through to get a drink and catch the bluegrass band on the patio. The bartender was busy making many drinks for the patio crowd but was attentive, the drink was great and inexpensive, and the atmosphere is something that you just aren't going to find in a strip mall or a cookie-cutter brand name bar. If you are ever in Frankfort, pay a visit here.“

“It is a very cozy and clean place, where you can enjoy sports or games of chance since it has gaming machines, the prices are quite affordable, they have a small menu, with very good flavor, the sandwich we ordered was accompanied by a delicious meat juice, good attention from the bartender, and you can play your music on the jukebox!“

Went on a Tuesday night around 9-10:30 - it was quiet which was nice, but livened up towards the end. The drinks could be a bit better which is why I gave 4 stars and not 5 - but I'll absolutely be back :)“

“Low key bar, not a big place but cozy. They have slot machines but no pool tables ? Bartender was very attentive to our needs and came over to chat while I was playing my favorite slot machine, she also enjoyed playing the same game. I know this is random but the Women's bathroom door was the cutest ever. Outside looks like a small cramped but nope. It was surprisingly big and clean“

“I loved it! Its in a corner spot was able to find parking! Gypsy was our bartender she made some awesome drinks! small spot but theres a lot to do you can sit at the bar or at a table! food truck outside has delicious tacos

“The new owners are great- very nice, ensured customers were all taken care of and happy to get to know and talk to everyone. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, but also fun and upbeat! Staff is attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Great food and drink specials throughout the week. Definitely would reccomend checking this place out!“

“Just tried the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and corn. Haven't had it in a long time and boy was I pleasantly surprised. Very very yummy. And thank God the mashed potatoes were made from real potatoes. Definitely tasted home made. Prices are very good as well. I'll try few more dished in the coming weeks but right now 5 stars.“

“Ummmmm, I do not remember being here. I must have had one hell of a time because I do not remember being here at all. I do not drink too often, so if I was here and did drink, that would explain a lot.I guess I had a great time. I hope I did not cause any trouble. If I did, I apologize. It's those dang Coronas and tequila mixers that do it every time!I hope I kept my clothes on and did not swing from any chandeliers upside down naked.If I did, I made it home safe, and thank you for not calling the police on me.
