“We decided to go to Avanti's for dinner to celebrate my birthday instead of our usual delivery or pick up now that the dining room is open again.Very disappointed...you order at the front counter at the cashier and pay ahead of time, seat yourself, and then get your own drinks back by the banquet room and kitchen. Not sure what happens when they are busy! Only about 3 or 4 other tables with a few customers at each so they were not busy that evening.Someone did bring the food to our table, then we were never checked on or asked if we needed anything else. I even had to track down my own take home containers.I hope this is only temporary as we had hoped for table service in a resturant. I guess we will stick with delivery or pick up for awhile. Food was still good, although the salad could have been fresher.“

“awesome service. pizza was very good. not serving alcohol right now so had to have a soda instead of beer with my pizza but that was okay. would go again if in the normal, IL area.“

“Today was my first time eating at Lucca Grill. We went during lunch and I ordered their grilled chicken sandwich dipped in parmesan sauce and homemade chips. It was delicious! Our waitress was fantastic! She greeted us as we walked in and gave us great service! We are definitely going back and will have to try the pizza.“

He was handling a lot at once but he was so kind to interact with and quick with everything we needed! Both couples in our party traveled to be here tonight and it was great to have such a positive doing experience out together!“

“Thank you for today! After an over 1 5 hrs wait at OPH I called your restaurant( we and my kids drove 2.5 hrs from different directions to meet up for mothers day). We walked in got the most sincere Happy Mothers day from all the staff. Our waitress Rachel was so very nice and attentive. We were immediately sat outdoors as they were booked until 830 pm. I am very thankful we found you and the food was great as well as friendly staff. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!“

“Just went there with my husband for the first time. Service was excellent and the food was exceptionally good. We shared a pizza and I had a simple salad. Pizza was flavorful and just right for the two of us. Salad was greens, tomatoes and kalamata olives in a divine dressing. Yum! Highly recommend and can’t wait to return. Is tomorrow too soon? lol“

“My daughter loves Monica’s! We order from here often. Mostly for delivery. They always meet or exceed the estimate delivery time. Food is hot and fresh! Their breadsticks are always fresh. Staff is always friendly. Great Monica’s location.“

“One of the first customers through the door on Saturday of ISU graduation weekend. Not terribly busy, yet, buy our server was spectacular. We never had an empty glass, our food was out faster than I can ever recall at this location, and she had a smile the entire visit.“

“I couldn’t visit Illinois without trying Chicago Style Pizza and when I tell you, this one didn’t disappoint, it’s a fact‼️ Mike provided AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE and hands down, this was the best pizza I’ve ever had‼️ Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs, so we ordered a large. “Giordano‘s in Bloomington, Illinois, does not have wait staff in the dining room. They have to take the chairs down from the tables to accommodate a party of five. The drinks are limited to bottles in a cooler. This is a terrible atmosphere and does not reflect well on, a normal Giordano‘s experience. Growing up in Chicago, this leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Thankfully, the pizza is usually fantastic.“
