4/5 -- Great service. Food was high quality despite my med-rare steak being delivered well done. The manager took care of it promptly and with no bother at all. Seasonal menu features were well-executed.

The director is patient and helpful, allowing for customized menus and decorations for special occasions. The food is made with fresh ingredients, and the ambiance is delightful. While there may be some unevenness in food quality and service, Jesse's Grille is an excellent choice for special occasions such as birthdays, graduation parties, and engagement parties.
