I accidently ordered at the wrong Jimmy Johns and they corrected it and I was still able to get my Rewards. Also they are absolutely hilarious! Top tier! Would recommend.
First, my order was right- thats good, but, I gave it a 3 because I ordered an unwhich and the wrap was completely falling apart. Usually Jimmy John's does a great job wrapping them- this location however did a horrible job! If some training could happen that'd be appreciated bc i ended up eating it with my fingers disintegrated into my lap 😅
The food overall was good/whats to be expected taste wise. Service good as well.

It was delivery so I can't speak to atmosphere. It was a hot ham 3 blended cheese. Yummy!

Jimmy John's is a popular sandwich shop that offers a variety of menu options. Customers have praised the quality of the food, often highlighting the perfect cookies and the separate bagging of pickles. The staff is commended for their attentive service, especially when accommodating special requests. Some customers have experienced issues with their orders, such as incorrect items and portion sizes, but many appreciate the great customer service when mistakes are resolved. The new hot subs bring a fresh flavor to the menu, though some customers note that vegetarian options are limited and dietary restrictions may not be well accommodated. The restaurant has a small on-site parking lot, which can be a challenge for customers.
