we were actually the ONLY car in the drive. we ordered a number 9, no ketchup, no pickle, add mac sauce. 2 four piece nuggets, and a big Mac deluxe meal.
the screen was correct. paid. got the food. drove less than one mile home. fries were hard and cold. burgers had onion and mustard?! nuggets were cold. this place NEVER GETS IT RIGHT!
horrible customer service. the employee did not get my order correct. the screen was correct. I paid for my food and used a coupon for a free drink. I went to pick up my order and was told I only paid for 1 drink. that's correct. I did, but had a free 1 coming. I didn't get my receipt so I had no proof. the manager James was very rude and told me to go back through the line to get my second drink. he refused to look up the receipt to see that I should have indeed gotten...read full review
