“I’ve been coming here off and on for the past 20 years. The past five years, they have done an amazing job improving the quality of their product. My 10-year-old daughter also likes going and picking out all the specialty donuts here. Whenever you buy a dozen donuts, they always throw in a few extras. Been extremely happy with them.“

“I ordered a dairy free smash cake and a regular cake from Eye Candy Bake Shop for my daughter’s birthday. Everyone raved about the birthday cake and my daughter loved her personal cake! I was shown how to properly cut the cake and had help bringing the cake to my car - something most bakeries don’t do anymore! We will definitely order more cakes/desserts in the future!“

“This cafe has been on my to go list for a long time as it is about an hour away from where I live. I was greeted by a super friendly and bubbly staff member and was ready to answer any questions I had. I was able to try the majority of their donuts (choco crunch, madagascar vanilla, cookies and cream, ube, and strawberry milk cream). Omg, they were all so fresh and delicious and had a generous filling portion size! I would highly recommend keeping the donuts away from direct sunlight. I kept them in my car for too long, so they melted, but they still were so delicious! When I went, the soft serve machines were not working, so I wasn't able to try the sort serves. I will be coming back again and am looking forward to trying their other donut flavors, the soft serves flavors, and the beverages! The atmosphere was very comfy, cute, and ample seating. I'm so happy I came here!“

The morning of the party I went to the Ogden Avenue location for pick up, and it turned out that they had been delivered to the route 59 location by mistake. The staff was extremely gracious and offered to pick up the cupcakes from the wrong location and deliver them to my home just in time. They turned out absolutely beautiful and were so delicious!! Thank you again, to the Ogden Avenue staff that took care of me and my family that day!“

“Stopped in Geneva this morning to grab a crumb cake and the store was empty. Gone. Wife is a Jersey girl and this was the only place that had crumb cake like the East Coast. Very sad to see the place empty. Hope they open up somewhere. Never had anything bad there.“

“Tried this bakery for the first time last week -- asked them to make us (9) coffee cakes for Christmas -- they didn't know what those were. We showed them a picture. Picked them up and they were absolutely PERFECT. Friends, family, neighbors - everyone loved them!! And oh my gosh, REASONABLE!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!“

“Service was great. Prices are a little high, but probably not compared to other mall food options. It wasn't busy and I felt like a valued customer. I wasn't familiar with the menu options and the staff was happy to help. I ordered an iced coffee and unfortunately, there wasn't a sugar-free flavor option. So, they reduced the squirts of flavor so it wasn't as tasty as other places I have visited. If I had ordered the cinnamon rolls, my rating probably would have been higher. I have had to reduce my sugar and gluten so the iced coffee was the best I could do. I would love to see Cinnabon venture into a sugar-free gluten-free option. No one else has dominated this space.“
