“I order the 12pc signature hot n spicy wings they are always fresh. The lines are not too long; wait times is not bad. The manger has good customer service and it's a better restaurant now. Years ago there was a hispanic male manager who was unkind.“

“OMGG I love this place. Best chain fried chicken BY FAR. My personal recommendation is the Hot level, as the medium is good too but the hot adds more to the flavor. Fries are surprisingly good for crinkle cut fries, and the sauce is great. The dude who took our order was GREAT - really made our day.

Vegetarian options: This place isn't gonna be great for vegetarians - it's a fried chicken place so that's really all they serve. No vergetarian meal options from what I know.“

When I learned about this place coming I was a bit surprised as there are 2 other chicken themed restaurants within a half mile and another 2 that sell chicken as part of their menu.
Boy was I wrong. This is by far the best of the bunch. The chicken is so moist and juicy and is paired with a kale based coleslaw that is amazing. Don't be put off by Hot in the name you can order with no spice with several levels up to the super hot reaper. They even put the spice selected on the fry's. All this and prices are great with good size portions to boot. Service is always good with happy helpful people. Maria has helped us several times and deserves a shout out. Overall an exceptional experience.“

I just had the most incredible spicy chicken sandwich at Chick-fil-A — seriously, it was out of this world. So fresh, so flavorful — I think I got lucky and caught the chicken just as it came out of the oil bath! The sandwich was perfectly crispy, juicy, and had just the right amount of spice. I’ve never tasted something so fresh and satisfying. Absolute 10/10 experience!“

He was patient and very helpful while we were ordering since it was our first visit to any Chik Fil A restaurant. The server was just as friendly. The restaurant was comfortable despite the heat and humidity outside.“

“We ordered multiple family dinners online for a birthday party. When we altered one of our orders all the sides must have defaulted back to french fries, unbeknownst to us. Upon picking up our order we realized in the car that we were missing rice and beans, mac n cheese and mashed potatoes. Realizing what must have happened I went back in with the fries and explained our mistake. Sergio and JP (I think that was his name) were AWESOME! They swapped it out, got us the sides we intended and said to go ahead and take the fries anyway. Customer mistake, and still they went the extra mile to make sure we had a great experience. “This was my first time going to Chicken Salad Chic after hearing so many talk about how good the food was.Staff was so kind and allowed me to sample items until I figured out what I would order. Food was extremely good. It did take a little longer to get my order as I watched others who came in after me leave before me.There was an oops made, but the staff was so kind about the matter is why I would return. Food made me feel like I had a great made a healthy choice.“

“YUMMY! I love wings and trying out new places. I thought I would give OMC a chance because their mascot is so cute! The wings were juicy and crunchy. Great sauce options to choose from, traditional options as well as some unfamiliar to me like peach habanero! My husband tried the chicken sandwich with slaw, delicious. This location was inside of a mall. Will come back.“
