“We were a large group of 10, and had an excellent experience on a busy Friday evening. All the food was exceptional! Our servers were attentive and invisible. We were loud at times, but no one said anything (sorry). They even split up our checks at end!!! So nice.“

“Really good. It's pretty awesome to have a place where you can build your own charcuterie board.

Charcuterie board: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything was high quality and really good. The only critique is that the apples tasted really strongly of onions.

Black bean quesadillas w grilled chicken: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Oh man, so good! The chicken tasted like it came off the grill and the shells had a nice pizza oven-style char on them. Flavor was top notch

Lamb bolognese: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was really good too. You get a lot of meat and it's all very tender. The sauce isn't too flavorful but the meat is and they go well together

Key lime pie: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's tart and tastes like real key limes, but it's not bitter. The graham cracker crust is great with it“

“First visit at Jackman & Co. and we will be back! The atmosphere and vibes of this place were great for a Friday night date night. Started with a couple Peachy Heat Margs at their iconic bar...would highly recommend arriving early to sit and enjoy the people and views here.

Dined outside on their dimly lit patio and started with the Lobster & Shrimp Ceviche which was fresh and delicious. Although there were a lot of other higher end dinner choices, I went with the Beer Battered Fish & Chips based on reviews. Easily the best fish & chips I've had, accompanied by an amazing dill dipping sauce.

The service from the host, bartender and ultimately our server was very accommodating and friendly. Check this place out!“

“Four of us went Carlos and Carlos to celebrate three August birthdays. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and courteous. You need to be prepared to read an extensive menu with specials of Italian dishes including pasta, veal, fish and meat to meet range of tastes. Also, available were soups, salads, desserts and appetizers with a decent wine list. Definitely worth a return visit.“

“My palette’s lack of sophistication prevents me from doing justice reviewing the menu items I enjoyed, but my belly is satisfied , and there were no leftovers; however, no matter the exquisite culinary notes I, likely, missed that a more refined pallet might’ve identified, there’s no way there was anything on a plate in the Chicago land area this evening that matched the atmosphere, service, and proud history shared by the staff and current owner, a descendant of the original owners who established the restaurant 123 years ago. “In a town known for great steak restaurants, EJs, is my favorite. Their steaks and seafood are outstanding, their sides and desserts wonderful, and their wine list never disappoints. Throw in a cozy atmosphere with wood paneling and the smell of the fireplace. The best part is the service. From the moment you arrive until you get back in your vehicle their service is unmatched with a staff of professionals who have been there for years. I highly recommend EJs and look forward to our next visit!“

“Pretty decent vibes, they have a small library section for books to take one and leave one.. Spoke to the employee and she said I can drop as many books I want (as I had box full). Also had boxes of games :)

“We dined at Froggy’s on Valentine’s Day, and had a wonderful time! This was our first time ever here, even though Froggys has been here for over 40 years! The interior is warm and inviting and we were welcomed in and seated promptly. Our server Peter was terrific all night, personable, knowledgeable and attentive. The food was truly a delight! We had Beef Wellington and Chicken Cordon Blue. Both were delicious and our overall experience was really great. We highly recommend this place and we will be back!“

Coffee was good and we were very happy w the pork chops, chicken philly and chicken club sandwiches. That being said my salad lacked tomatoes and cucumbers. My chops were advertised to be center cut loin and I got one loin and one rib chop.“
