“My daughter usually doesn’t eat cake but we stopped in to see what kind of bakery this is we was greeted with kindness and a a sample of her cake and when my daughter eat the sample she was delighted and said this cake is best cake ever, was so happy for my daughter to enjoy the cake she likes, of course I enjoyed this cake as well. This going to be our place for occasional desserts“

They're friendly and helpful when we come in, often asking my husband if he needs help getting to the car when he has our boys. They also have more cookies and hot Churros at the register. The strawberry churro was amazing. The prices are very reasonable. “I’m so happy we went with this local bakery for our wedding cake. They made the cake exactly as the reference photos I provided. We asked for cannoli filling on the bottom layer and she offered Dubai pistachio on the top layer and the cake was delicious! They were great with communication when other bakeries failed to do so. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Their other pastries and desserts are very tasty as well. Affordable, amazing quality, and great service!“

“This was my first time getting food from Susu’s and it won’t be my last! The server recommended tostones and asada jibarito, and they were amazing! For those of you who have celiac disease or are gluten intolerant, the jibarito Is a dream because instead of having bread for the sandwich, they use plantains. For those with no gluten sensitivity or intolerance, the pistachio and vanilla tres leches are out of this world! All their food is freshly made. This place is truly a treasure!“

“Dolce by Dori is an excellent baker and designer. I needed a cake for my mother's 90th birthday. But I live out of state and I only had a recommendation to go by. I scheduled a private phone consultation and Dori put me at ease immediately. I sent her a picture of what I wanted and when I picked up the cake it matched perfectly. Even better it tasted awesome! My guests are still talking about it. I will be a repeat customer whenever I am n town. I highly recommed. Give her a try, you won't be disappointed.“

“Let me start off by saying, I rock with this place!! I’ve been going for years since the smaller location. The customer service on this experience was HORRIBLE!! I asked for extra sauce on my Jumbo tip and link combo, small turkey tip, and 6 wings ($55). When the cashier relayed the request to the lady who was preparing the food she got a real crappy attitude like I was asking for too much. I guess because they were almost closing. I asked her what she said and she went all off. “I wasn’t talking to you I was talking to her!” I asked what her name was and she refused to give it to me. No name tags present or I wouldn’t have asked. Then she directed me to the manager who was also preparing food for any concerns that I may have. I asked the manager Nivia Battle (I think that’s what she said) was she required to give me her name. She said no. Her attitude was crappy as well. Just negative energy behind the glass. Except for the cashier. I also told the that they need to improve their customer service and that I WILL BE BACK!! I have no complaints about my order at all. Food was great!!! They just need to get someone back there that’s actually going to do their job without being so nasty.“
