I of curse had to have my lemon fluff cupcake, a pastry and who could say no to an apple slice. But the true treats are the lovely and kind ladies working the counter. “I went for the first time today (FOR SCIENCE!) and pretty much bought one of everything baked (plus an iced cold brew). I can't find a single negative thing to say, aside from wishing I'd bought more! Friendly folks at and behind the counter. The ham and cheese croissants were amazing as was the mushroom Danish! I don't even particularly like BLTs, but theirs was lovely! The almond, strawberry, and chocolate croissants (that's three separate things...) were out of this world! Welcome! “Yesterday I took the Sourdough Breadmaking Class with Chef George at The Ancestral Oven and I just pulled an amazing loaf of bread out of my home oven 24 hours later! Chef George provided all the necessary instruction and supplies - including a lively starter - for students to start their own sourdough journey at home. The class included hands-on experience feeding the starter, as well as folding and shaping the dough. I had a great time at the class and can't wait to return to try out the breakfast and lunch menu at The Ancestral Oven Bakery and Cafe.“
