“This is the most poorly run Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. It is incredibly slow and the employees are rude. I will make a point to never go here again.

This location has been pretty good lately. The inside is quite dirty though, especially the soda fountain.“
“This really surprised me for this Fairview Heights IL location. For being the only customer inside, the service making the food for 1 person was very slow. Beverage area was a big mess. Waiting to get a soda cup seemed like it was an inconvenience. Tables hadn't been wiped off.“
