“Tonight I stopped by Taco Bell on Bluff Road, and it reminded me why I keep coming back. The customer service at this location is consistently excellent. The staff is always kind, professional, respectful, and welcoming.

Tonight in particular, one employee, who may have been a manager, took a moment to show kindness to me and speak so intentionally that it completely changed my evening. She has no idea how much I needed that in that moment. Sometimes people don’t realize the impact a few kind words can have on someone who is having a difficult day.
I placed a mobile order and I was so consumed in my own weary way that I didn’t even ask her name but once I got home and I sat down to eat it dawned on me and I thank her so much tonight will be a peaceful night. I love bluff road store. They have never failed me.“
