Taco Bell in St. Peters

Edit: I will be removing a star (even my original review gave 5 stars) everytime I return to this location and they skimp on steak that I pay extra for as a substitute.

This is a your location/franchise only problem, not a general Taco Bell I have elsewhere. Nor was this the standard when I worked at Taco Bell.

I work nearby and could be a regular or just go elsewhere and eat Taco near my home.“

“I visited via drive threw the Cottleville location around 5:30-6pm on 01/17. The young man in the drive thru was wonderful. Very respectful, super kind. Just when you think being a gentleman has been lost, you run into someone like this young man, and have hope. My window was frozen shut and he just overly accommodated without pause to make sure I got everything safely in my car. I really appreciate the high standard ❤️. SIDENOTE: fyi to the owner...your Mexican pizza shells taste old and toxic. You may want to check them. This is my second time ordering a Mexican pizza from this location and the staff is GREAT but those Mexican pizza shells are really gross. Both times threw them out.“

“This particular Taco Bell unlike some others is my favorite. Everyone seems to like their job and it shows. Online orders are ready for pickup when you arrive. Other Taco Bells wait for us to come before they start. The tables are even wiped down. A+ to the crew.“

“I came through at 6:55 p.m. on a Thursday through the drive-thru and my burrito was perfectly rolled, customer service was on point, everything I needed was in my bag, the fries were crispy and my order,with adjustments, was completely 100% correct.
