Taco Bell in Ofallon

“this was the best taco bell i have ever had in my life. this location is unmatched compared to any in the surrounding area. best quality, still tased fresh after a 20 min drive. got extra sauce on my quesadilla and they did not disappoint. have never had this great of a experience at a fast food place“

“The individual who took my order, Romel was so professional over the drive through speaker I honestly thought it must be a manager or something. When I got to the window I asked the person who had taken my order and greeted me there what the best way to post a positive review for an employee would be. He said “I’m not sure, I’m kind of new, but maybe google?” I was blown away this person who I thought was a manager based on his professionalism and enthusiasm was a brand new employee! I asked his name and he said Romel. Three cheers for the service from Romel!!!

Side note. After I had already given this location a 5 star rating based on Romel’s service, I was eating one of the tacos in the parking lot and ran inside to use the bathroom where I saw I cockroach or something cockroach sized in the bathroom. I didn’t want to confuse google reviewers that my 5 stars is about the restaurant. It’s about Romel!“

“I am visiting from Kansas and stopped at the taco bell. Never in my life have I seen a taco bell slammed like this one was tonight around 5pm. Cars out to the street, etc. While waiting on my order, I watched delivery guys bounce in and out, the manager helped a lady with her wrong order, but mainly I watched this trainer prepare orders like he was an octopus and train one or 2 guys. When the newest trainee did an error, he kindly helped correct it. I was so impressed with this trainer, waiting a while till I got my order reminded me how we get so impatient and forget we all were trained at one or many times. Food was great and well worth the wait. The manager, also, helping to keep up with the rush should be proud of himself and his team.“
