“Over the years, Bella Milano has been a favorite restaurant for me and my wife. We love the food, service and atmosphere. I have also done dozens of business seminars there and utilized their catering. My wife recently celebrated her birthday, and she was craving Bella Milano's Lasagna. Our visit started well as our reservation was on time and we were waited on by a friendly waitress in a timely manner. Our appetizers came out quickly also. However, there was a much longer than normal delay in our entrees coming out. The waitress did stop by to apologize for our wait twice which we appreciated, but the wait was becoming an issue. A gentleman whom we later found out was Tom the owner, stopped by to apologize and then gave us free appetizer cards, comped a portion of our bill and even included desserts. He was very friendly, but more importantly, very sincere in wanting us to leave happy. He let us know that our food would be out in a minute. We were really impressed and it felt great to be appreciated by the owner and his commitment to giving us a great dining experience. Well, Tom came back a minute later and told us "You can't make this up, but when they were taking your lasagna out of the oven it fell on the floor". I can only imagine what was going through his mind as he came back to tell us this news! He said it would take 20+ minutes for another, which really didn't sit well with us at this point. The worst part was that was what my wife really wanted for her birthday dinner. Tom immediately asked my wife if there was anything else he could make for her quickly and at no cost to us, but that he would make a new lasagna for her to take home as well. I simply can't say how impressed we were with Tom's dedication and sincerity to turn a potentially very negative experience into a positive one. There are a lot of restaurants we can go to, and thanks to Tom's efforts, Bella Milano will remain one of our favorites! If you want to go to a restaurant where you know your business is actually appreciated, think Bella Milano's!“

“Highly recommend. No where else in Belleville has such knowledgeable staff regarding wine and cocktails, and friendly service :) They also have awesome cheese and meat boards that are very customizable, as well as creative cocktails and apps! Love Grafted!“

The owners and staff are super friendly and make you want to hang out there regularly. As if you needed another reason, Rob and Jackie get THE BEST acoustical acts to play there on the weekends. “My husband and I stopped in during the Pride event just looking for the first place we found with food, and not only was the music and atmosphere super cool, we got the chicken bacon ranch pizza, and I swear, it was THE BEST pizza 👏🏻 I’ve 👏🏻 ever 👏🏻 had. The service was great, the food was affordable. Can’t wait to go back!“

“My wife and I had lunch at The Vault and this is a place we will be coming back too. I had the Crack of Dawn burger without the avocado slice and it delicious. All burgers are smashed style which we prefer. I definitely recommend the Crack of Dawn. And my wife had the Nest with Swiss cheese vs the cheddar. The fries were seasoned and cooked
perfectly. The service is an order at the counter and they deliver to your table with a friendly staff. The restaurant was just remodeled and very inviting. Will be an excellent location to catch a Blues or Cardinal game with a group. We will be back!!!!“
