“No doubt the pizza’s are amazing but once we bring them home they do not taste good as we dine in at eat. Also, not only me but alot of people have noticed how rude the guy is who picks up the call. I am giving my order over the phone and he rushes me because he has someone coming in his restaurant. Next , I ask him couple of questions which he shows so much attitude. Third , I hate dining in this place . The guy keeps checking to see if we didn’t make the tables or floor messy. No kind of professionalism. We do not eat free . We pay for the pizza’s he should not show this type of etiquette“

I also want to commend the employee, a young tall black man, who went out of his way to hold the door open for a disabled person in a chair and their family member. “Highly recommended authentic and well executed traditional Chicago tavern-style pizza. Ingredients were FRESH for instance mushrooms were fresh not canned. Crust crisp, sauce just right. “I've had Blaze Pizza in different cities and states. My experience has been pretty much consistent. Inattentive staff, long waits, crowded shop. HOWEVER, this location has been completely different! The staff actually acknowledges your presence when you walk in the door. They make sure to let you know that someone will be with you. They don't leave you standing around. The times I've been there, there was a noticeable attention to keeping the team on task and making sure customers weren't standing around waiting longer than need be. I really hope they keep up the great work, this is the best location I've ever visited.“

“Everything is great here, but I have one issue. Can you please refinish the seats of your chairs. Either they’re sticky from not being cleaned properly or it’s the finish itself that is deteriorating and is somehow becoming sticky. The other day when I was leaving, the fabric of my shorts stuck to the chair as if it was Velcro. It just gave me this like gross feeling as if it has never been cleaned. I’m trying to give the benefit of the doubt and bring it to your attention so you can address the situation.“

“I ordered a medium, thin crust, sausage pizza. The pizza was ready earlier than estimated. The pizza was delicious, hot, and perfectly flavored. The sausage had fennel seeds in it. The sauce was mild and light. The only negative is the size of the pizza. The medium serves 16 square/triangle slices. The medium looks like a small.

The cashier was friendly and courteous. A person in the back, I assume was the owner, was courteous.

Parking: The restaurant is in a small strip mall area, so the lot is shared with other businesses. The main street is busy, but additional parking could be located in the area.“

“I usually drive up for a slice and their food and service is so consistently great! The flavors are there and they have a deep dish slice on Saturdays also BOGO cold slices. I'm a huge Lou Malnatis deep dish fan, but I prefer the deep dish at this location over the Lou's in Palos. I stopped going to the one on Western cause it lacks flavor so it's really worth the drive cause I pass the banquet hall location to go to Crestwood. It's just convenient to drive up and the food just tastes great. Good job guys, keep it up! The drive thru worker today, sweet Black girl who was super informative and up sold me on the cold slices when I was just coming for the deep dish. Hard to find good you g help these days.
