“My first time in was yesterday and the cashier, maybe he’s the owner? I’m not sure but was so nice! He answered the questions I had, he was very patient, and even recommended me his choice of things. It's refreshing to see people who actually care about their job these days and customer service. On top of all of that great impression, the pizza was SO good I got a slice of cheese, and their Hala sausage and I was surprised of how good it was???. The crust was crispy on the bottom, and had a softer outside crust. The cheese was good, and the Hala Sausage tasted fresh you definitely got a loyal customer here??‍♀️?. The internal could have used alittle more heat but the outside was crispy so any longer in the oven might burn it. The pizza by the slice is always really good. Definitely give this spot a try“

“From day one when my son and I walked into OPP, we admittedly felt the comfort hospitality presence from the staff. Facility is clean, the staff is always welcoming and management works as they are working as a staff member under management and it is always like that when my son and I visit OPP. The food is always delicious. One of the few things that I’ve noticed is that if any of the employees , from management to a staff worker is experiencing personal crises or problems in their personal life…… THEY NEVER SHOW IT….. TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES.

“Everything is great here, but I have one issue. Can you please refinish the seats of your chairs. Either they’re sticky from not being cleaned properly or it’s the finish itself that is deteriorating and is somehow becoming sticky. The other day when I was leaving, the fabric of my shorts stuck to the chair as if it was Velcro. It just gave me this like gross feeling as if it has never been cleaned. I’m trying to give the benefit of the doubt and bring it to your attention so you can address the situation.“

Our server was on her second day, but did an amazing job. She made a mistake on part of my meal. “My husband and I have been there several times. Unfortunately this Friday I was disappointed in our meals. I ordered the spaghetti seemed like the pasta was a touch overcooked and the marinara sauce was very bland. My husband’s chicken parmesan was huge but the chicken had no flavor other than the crispy breading. Love the Special salad and the pizza! “I ordered a medium, thin crust, sausage pizza. The pizza was ready earlier than estimated. The pizza was delicious, hot, and perfectly flavored. The sausage had fennel seeds in it. The sauce was mild and light. The only negative is the size of the pizza. The medium serves 16 square/triangle slices. The medium looks like a small.

The cashier was friendly and courteous. A person in the back, I assume was the owner, was courteous.

Parking: The restaurant is in a small strip mall area, so the lot is shared with other businesses. The main street is busy, but additional parking could be located in the area.“

“I usually drive up for a slice and their food and service is so consistently great! The flavors are there and they have a deep dish slice on Saturdays also BOGO cold slices. I'm a huge Lou Malnatis deep dish fan, but I prefer the deep dish at this location over the Lou's in Palos. I stopped going to the one on Western cause it lacks flavor so it's really worth the drive cause I pass the banquet hall location to go to Crestwood. It's just convenient to drive up and the food just tastes great. Good job guys, keep it up!
