“This was my first time trying this place, and it did not disappoint! I ordered the dinner special with general tso’s chicken, and it was amazing!! I’m usually picky with chicken but this one was made so well, and the fried rice was perfect. I requested no egg in the fried rice and a vegetable egg roll, and they were so kind and considerate to not only honor my requests but label them too!! I was worried about this because not every place is careful enough, and it can ruin your whole meal when not done right but this place did. The food was delicious, piping hot (even though my DoorDash driver had to make multiple stops before mine!), and an amazing value for the amount of food you get. The Thai iced tea was the cherry on top! 10/10 thank you for a perfect comfort meal after a long day”

The only problem I have is going through the drive thru - the screen that the cashier uses is absolutely filthy, disgusting.

“I came in tonight and was excited because I’ve been craving a jrito crunch and have been for about 3 years and my buddy Carl told all his fb friends that owner is a previous franchisee of jrs and they have the chil ito which is this same xact indgredients (yes same chili and cheese and same chips as jrito everything was phenomenal came from Thornton which is about a half hour plus drive. So so worth the drive I refused to touch anything til I got home so I could enjoy that first bite. Thank you to the owners for preserving the beautiful food of your past establishment only to bring it to your new establishment! Everything was phenomenal!!!”

First of all, shoutout to my amazing husband, who casually stopped and brought this home like it was just a normal Thursday and not a life-altering act of love. Sir. You didn’t bring me a paczki. You brought me trust issues with every other dessert. Imagine the love child of a Samoa Girl Scout cookie and a cloud. The caramel? Aggressive in the best possible way. The coconut? Perfectly toasted like it knew it had something to prove. The chocolate? Just enough to remind you that life can still surprise you in beautiful ways. And the dough itself? So soft it felt illegal. I took one bite and immediately understood why people line up in the cold for paczki like it’s a survival situation. This wasn’t a donut. This was an experience. A personality trait. The 0wner, Tommy is usually hanging around and is friendly and accommodating. Sometimes due to allergies I have to alter the menu a little and he doesn’t hesitate to switch things around a little… Do yourself a favor… stop in for a great meal and enjoy a friendly atmosphere.”

The variety of meats, the creamy garlic sauce, and the refreshing salad with a hint of mint made for a healthy yet satisfying meal. The presentation was just as impressive as the flavors. Now, here I am again—two days in a row! Yesterday, I had lunch, and today, I’m back for dinner. This time, I ordered the mixed dinner, six falafels, and a side of that incredible garlic sauce. “We have been going to Petey's for over 40 years. Chased out for the bill once, when we left it on the table. Food and service has gone down hill. The bar use to be two deep. Now, luckily they have two customers at the bar. Charged for drinks we never had. Complained about a $92 bill for two appetizers and a few drinks. Told we have to apologize before we could come back in. Melissa is horrible! Better restaurants in Orland Park!”

“We have been coming to this little hidden Gem in the BP Gas Station for years. Most authentic food around town. When you see everyone within the community coming here it shows our support for local business. The prices might be a bit high, but the food is worth every penny you spend. It is a bit pricey at $34 a slice, but definitely worth it. If the Michelin guide came to the suburbs, Pizza Boys would definitely have a star. You have to call for reservations, which seems silly for 2023, but just do it.”

“We had to get up early to bring our car in for servicing and decided to come to First Watch. We had been here in Orland Park two other times before… one was during their grand opening and it was not our favorite place to come to. Sometimes it really comes down to the server and we didn’t really like the service we had. We came back again when it was warmer outside and had a very pleasant experience. But today REEGAN was our server and she knocked it out of the park! I tried the Godfather Bowl and my husband had the Trifecta. I asked Reegan a lot of questions about their various bowl offerings, and she told me what she liked about each one. When she asked me what kind of eggs I wanted, and I said you know whatever works best. I didn’t really care, and she said I would recommend the scrambled eggs because a lot of people think the other ones are too runny with the other items that are in the bowl. She also told me if I didn’t like the scrambled eggs she would substitute something else after I tried them. The sauce that came with the Godfather Bowl is extremely hot. Just a dab is needed. The Italian sausage was grilled well and tasty. I liked the grits served with the dish. While we waited for our food, she brought out warm syrup for my husband‘s pancake and then some compote for him to put on it because he prefers jelly. We both got to-go-cups for our never-ending coffee, and I really liked the sipping spout on the cup. I’m impressed on how clean everything is at this location. I saw another server, clean off the salt and pepper, shakers, etc. off the tables because the restaurant had just basically opened and she was waiting on more customers. Pricing is more reasonable that several local breakfast spots in Orland Park. Next time we come in here, I’m gonna ask for REEGAN; you should too.”

I often get the grilled chicken here or the beef sandwiches. And they're both spectacular. They're fries, and the cheese are classically delicious.
