“We recently visited for my bday on 5/31. The decor is beautiful and the service was stellar! Everyone was attentive and friendly. Our hibachi chef was amazing. He was extremely entertaining and super accommodating. He made our hibachi dinner experience the best we have ever had. The food was perfect and great portion sizes. My son even ordered Spider rolls and said they were amazing! My two teens and 1yr old enjoyed it immensely! Thank you all for the great celebration. We will be back for sure!!! “My husband Jack and I celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary tonight, and on a last minute whim he chose Bella Mia. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of phenomenal, and I had to write this review immediately. The moment we walked in, we were greeted not only by the host and hostess, but also by several staff members and even guests at the bar. The atmosphere was warm, cozy, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. Pure class. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and perfectly accented with soft candlelight, making the evening feel special and intimate. We sat at the bar and were welcomed by Gina, the bartender, who was extremely attentive and genuinely kind, making us feel right at home. The food was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. The owner, Randy, came by to greet us and his personality was truly infectious. He had us laughing nonstop and made our night even more memorable. We also had the pleasure of sitting next to Marcy and Dick, regulars who have been coming since day one. Even though this was our very first visit, we felt like part of the Bella Mia family. From the staff to the clientele, the love and pride behind this place are undeniable. Bella Mia is truly one of a kind and deserves all the recognition it receives. “We are fairly frequent diners to the Phoenix and always appreciate their weekly menu specials. This week was a pastrami sandwich on marbled rye with a whole grain mustard - and it did not disappoint! We also shared the grilled artichokes appetizer (always delish!) and the creamy cauliflower soup. Our server was fabulous and attentive as well. We will be back again soon!“

“Attended a Wedding here. I had a lot of fun with my family and friends.They served either Steak or Chicken dinners I had the steak and it was very good. Also served some nice appetizers that were also very good Big room smallish dance floor but All in All a very good time was had by everyone.“

“I had the double hamburger with Swiss. Burger was cooked well done as requested. It tasted great and was hot. We also had the gyro sandwich. You get a lot of gyro but should of requested that the gyro be cooked on the grill longer. The fries were amazing salted perfectly and hot. Overall it was a great experience for a fast bite to eat.“

“We feasted here, big time! Flavorful, elevated dishes and really interesting and unique cocktails. We also had good choices of wine. My favorite dish was a tie between the perfectly-done steak fries and the yummy succotash scallops. Good sauces with the grilled shrimp. Our table also indulged in the menu specials. No complaints, no notes. Everything was solid.“

“Did a staycation for NYE and had brunch at South Side Social. The mimosas weren't bad and the buffet was somewhat limited. I want to visit again because their lunch/dinner meal has some appeal. They provide the food for the bar and the pizza and Buffalo shrimp were very good! We had extra cheese on the pizza but it wasn't necessary as the toppings were hearty and tasty. No food pics this time but I do want to revisit.“

“We were a pretty large group with tons of kids under 5. Everyone was so kind to us and our kiddos. The food was delish as were the drinks! We had a minor hiccup with in the group and management was MORE THAN gracious and kind in fixing / making up for it.“

Service was Great, Alex was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Food was outstanding, portions justified the price! Management was very helpful with a certificate that was no longer accepted but they honored it anyway as a courtesy. Great business sense, making the customer happy! We can't wait to come back!“

“I like this place-we came at 8:20 pm for a half hour or so of fun. Quick and simple. Ten minutes after arriving we were harassed about them closing at 8:50 pm. Website says 9. Literally reminded maybe ten times no exaggeration about them closing. We didn’t want to redeem tickets just play a few games. Very frustrating and ruined our short quick fun for my kid.“

“What’s with the low reviews here??? Came with a group of 10 and the pizza was outstanding. We live in the city and think it goes toe to toe with the trending tavern style spots - Zarella, Pizzamici - honestly might even be better if it’s always as tasty as it was when we came in. Our server was very attentive as well. Please open a location in Chicago so we don’t have to drive so far!“
