They are lovely people I met at the Oswego market and so happy to help support their small business by being a customer. “Did 2 pickup orders in the last 2 weeks that were perfect. Had two different young employees that were very pleasant, professional, and friendly. My son is very excited that there is still a good pretzel place not too far away from us. The ones near us closed throughout the last 3 or 4 years. The orders were made fresh and ready at the designated time. Just in and out, so simple. Would recommend!“

I wasn't familiar with the menu options and the staff was happy to help. I ordered an iced coffee and unfortunately, there wasn't a sugar-free flavor option. So, they reduced the squirts of flavor so it wasn't as tasty as other places I have visited. If I had ordered the cinnamon rolls, my rating probably would have been higher. I have had to reduce my sugar and gluten so the iced coffee was the best I could do. I would love to see Cinnabon venture into a sugar-free gluten-free option. No one else has dominated this space.“
