“Our first time at Fuse’d in Plainfield and we were very impressed! From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was lively, and the service was impeccable. We enjoyed every bit of the Manchego Caesar salad, Butter Chicken Bowl, and Pistachio Crusted Salmon. The Bread Pudding for dessert was divine. We'll definitely be back for more!“

“Went for dinner, the location is perfect, very walkable, the building is gorgeous and the decor is tasteful. Ample beer selection and cocktail choices. Got the Mexican steak special with rice beans and pepper sauce. The steak was perfect, not too fatty, moist, perfectly grilled and seasoned. The tortillas were fresh, soft and warm.The rest of the food was disappointing, the beans and rice were cooked well but were completely flavorless. The sauce that was supposed to be made with peppers and spices was completely void of any flavor. Considering the price of the steak I’d choose something else.

“4 of us went Friday night 4/21 before the show at Paramount. We had reservations ànd our table was ready for us on time. The food was really good, but the highlight of our entire time there was our server Carla. Carla went above and beyond for us. “Intimate Irish bar with crazy good German food options. They aren’t shy with the pour for mixed drinks, and the prices are reasonable.
They had live music the night we were there, and it was really above average and quite enjoyable. Absolutely will return to explore more of the drinks and menu. Dinner and drinks ran about 44 dollars per person, but we chose from some of the more expensive items.
Kid-friendliness: Two families were there with young children eating dinner. The remaining patrons tended to be a bit older, 40+.“

Dietary restrictions: I have celiacs. Many places do not know what that even is. I was surprised when they tried to accommodate. I had to try it, there are no guarantees but I had no reactions either!
