“I work overnight, and mugs has came through for me a numerous occasions. In regards to quality food and quality service. Today, I was unable to drive to pick up my orders. I placed Uber order delivery. There was a significant issue processing my order and Uber ended up charging me $30 And canceling my order. I went back-and-forth with Uber to no avail, I spoke with the young lady at the restaurant and she was able to rectify the situation. I had to go pick up the pizza which I absolutely didn’t mind. Kudos To the customer service efforts at the front desk.“

“Updated review: Best halwa puri in Chicagoland! You get 3 extra extra large puris and a plate of deliciousness - halwa, cholay, potatoes, and achar. We had a large group and although the restaurant was very busy, the service was on top of it and made sure the food came out timely, fresh and hot! Everyone in our party commented on the food and we all left very full and satisfied. Thank you 5*
Ordered to go: karahi gosht, Karachi chicken biryani special for the day, and the bbq platter (which takes about half hr to prepare) - all dishes were so good! It is a bit on the spicier side but family enjoyed the food.“

“I'm glad this location opened. Its closer to home and now I don't have to drive all the way to west dundee to go to the original. great food, great service. everything always tastes so fresh and we've never had anything off the menu we didn't love. I can't wait for summer and hopefully they will have outdoor seating!“
