@AskPapaJohns - worst experience ever. Order number 011020/0660. Store #3195 859 N. Quentin Rd, Palatine, IL. Pizza ordered at 5:30pm. Delivery driver called at 6pm saying they couldn't find house. Gave her directions. PIZZA NEVER SHOWED UP but app said it was delivered.
Called store and was on hold for almost 10 minutes. At 6:45 they apologized and said a new order would be out to us in 30 minutes later ... it showed up an hour later. They told me they would refund my...read full review
Pizza sucked. Dry and cold. FYI I live 3/4 of a mile away. No excuse. Will never order again nor will I recommend
