“I ordered the avocado chicken curry with rice! It was absolutely delicious. Very flavourful. Just perfect. My friend got the avocado mac and cheese. I tasted it and loved that too. The portions are large and we brought some home. We got the avocado cheesecake cup for desert and wow! Yummy yummy yummy. They have a kids menu too! I will be a regular customer in the future. You have to try this place!“

“We dined at Topaz in August 2024 and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. We were seated in a comfortable booth. A special mention goes to our server, Sasa, who was incredibly attentive and provided great suggestions. He even surprised us with complimentary limoncellos, which were absolutely delicious. For appetizers, we had the grilled octopus and hummus—both prepared to perfection and bursting with flavor. For the main course, we chose the Dover sole and Amish chicken. These dishes were exceptional and stood out as some of the best we've ever had. The potatoes served with the sole were also a delightful surprise. Portions were generous, and the prices were quite reasonable considering the quality and quantity of the food. We highly recommend Topaz and will definitely be returning!“

“Listen, this was a very great restaurant, I’m shocked that it’s not getting more buzz! You all should come down and try out their rodeo cheeseballs which are packed with lots of flavor, and if you want chicken tryout their Dubai chicken sandwich, they put it on this really great tasting bread from Dubai. Don’t want to eat a ton of carbs? That’s alright try their Flying Dutchman burger without the shame or guilt of not leaving here without a meal! It’s something for everyone and if you have a sweet tooth get you a shake. 🥰not sponsored but I really enjoyed my time here and I hope you will as well.“

“Friendly service, good food“

“It was our first time here, the place was packed, they had a HS fundraiser going on so there was a bit of a wait for our table (we didn't know this when we decided to come here.) Although the place was so so busy our server Erica, was on point & didn't miss a beat. S/O to her awesome service...The food was all very yummy too. We have already said we will be back, we really enjoyed the Caesar salad with Kale and the flat breads.“

“Great atmosphere with friendly service and delicious food.“

“The atmosphere is nice. The food and drinks are delicious and the service was on point.“

“This place is great, but what makes it truly fantastic is the people-from the owner to the servers. You can feel the love between them and they go out of their way to make you feel like family.“

“I was robbed there by the wait staff on my wedding night. the evidence is in, the idiot deposited the checks in his own account and it traced back to this place. it's a disgrace and a curse that will not go away. How many of you out there have been robbed and don't even know yet ? how many of my attendees need to review this place? thousands of dollars stolen !“

“Great customer service , food was fresh and good and the restaurant is clean“

“Came here today for the brunch with the Grinch. It was a great experience for me and my family. My toddler really enjoyed the Grinch. He was interactive and great with the kids. The food and atmosphere were great also. Hope this becomes an annual event because we will be there every time.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I came before they were closing and he took care of me , I absolutely love JJ Fish & Chicken! Every time I go, I order the chicken tenders, and they are always fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. The customer service is excellent—everyone is friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. It’s hard to find a spot that consistently delivers great food and service, but JJ Fish & Chicken nails it every time. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious food and a great experience!“

“What made our experience truly memorable was our server, Isabele. From the moment she took care of us, she was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job and when someone truly enjoys making people feel welcome — Isabele is definitely the latter.

After a long day of traveling, her positive attitude and excellent service were exactly what we needed. She made an ordinary airport stop feel personal and enjoyable, which is not something you experience very often.

Isabele, thank you for taking such great care of us. The restaurant is lucky to have you. We’ll definitely remember you the next time we travel through Chicago!“

“That Ribeye Steak Sandwich is absolutely amazing! 🔥🔥🔥“

“So I visited this place at least three times with a carry out order and customer service was awesome first time. Second I decided to go due to the good food and definitely the customer service, again awesome. Third, I enjoyed my food as always with recommendations from the young lady ( forgot her name). All three times I was either on crutches or knee brace. They were so sweet they helped me with my food to car an even told me to pull up to place and they’ll have my order ready for me! They were very nice to help me and for that I’m grateful. They went above and beyond. They made sure I was taken care of. So I brought my daughter there and she agree with the great customer service. Thank you guy so much. We will see you guys soon.“

“All around great food, great atmosphere..“

“I am still 1000% convinced that Culver's is the best fast casual burger place. Hell, even better than McDonald's, Wendy's and BK. Even though BK has gotten WAY better than before. I still haven't had the chance to eat at In N Out yet but so far nothing beats Culver's. The only one that may come a bit close to defeating the mighty Culver's is Shake Shack, but, still, Culver's is king. EVEN if they're based in Wisconsin and are assumedly Packers fans, I'll let it slide. Me being a Bears fan and all. 😎🐻“

“The food is ok but There is one waitress there who is just horrible. Blond hair glasses older. No personality barely comes to the table, we had to get our own menus from another table. Because of her I will never go here again and I've been coming here since I was a kid.“

“If you care about people and food, this is the place. Great food created and served by great people. The folks delivering this experience outperform every time and every day. You can tell ownership cares and takes great pride in excellent food and service!🤩“

“Had such a great time there. Took my son and grandkids one of my grandkids is special needs and I was so impressed with Jess B as our server she made all of us feel like family. Made sure the kids had their food just the way they like it and gave us the perfect amount of attention throughout the meal“

“Is wonderful atmosphere“

“Weve only been there 2 times, but can see why its a favorite! Food has been great, and spy others for next time. And service has been great as well.“

“Delicious food. I tried the cheese burger w fries and everything was yummy.“

“The food this past Friday was amazing. The potato and the lobster could have been warmer but still excellent. Our server, Juanita, went above and beyond to serve all the tables in her section as well as stopping by to check that everyone was taken care of.“

“I really wanted to love this place because I truly appreciate supporting a family owned business, and the atmosphere had that welcoming, hometown feel. The service was friendly, and you can tell this restaurant means a lot to the people who run it. Unfortunately, the food did not match the experience. Parts of the meal were overcooked and burnt (steak and pork chops), while other items (like the pancakes) were a tad undercooked. It seemed more like an issue with kitchen execution than the quality of ingredients.

I would absolutely come back if the cooking consistency improved, because this business has great potential and the kind of charm you want to support. Hoping they can make some adjustments in the kitchen this could easily be a local favorite with the right chef.“

“I absolutely love it! No matter what I have it's always Great! I don't go to any other Smokehouse and I work at North Riverside!“

“I placed an order to go. Was informed that there was a $3.00 to go charge and a gratuity would be added on the order cause it was over $100.00. After I checked the receipt, $18.35 was the gratuity. I thought it would be maybe $5.00. Very disappointed. Had I known this, I would have come into the restaurant and ate there had them provide me with service. I am a senior and that was definetly not right. I've already instructed my family not to get me gift card from Maple and Jam.“

“Amazing food and hospitality“
