“Came here on a Sunday evening and the food plus the service was amazing. A+. The owner recommended i try the Dubai style paratha smash and it did not disappoint. We also had the mushroom Swiss and jalepeno smash those were amazing as well. It’s a 50 minute drive for me to get here and I can’t wait to go back.“

“OMG!!! This place is the bomb, the inside of the restaurant is gorgeous, the customer service is phenomenal and the food is fantastic. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for some delicious soul food. I love the dressing, baked chicken, sweet potatoes and muffins. The portions are good, I had enough left over to take some home for a late night snack. Our hostess Ms. Lyn has outstanding service she made sure that my glass was full at all times and that I had everything that I needed. All three times I was either on crutches or knee brace. They were so sweet they helped me with my food to car an even told me to pull up to place and they’ll have my order ready for me! I came before they were closing and he took care of me , I absolutely love JJ Fish & Chicken! Every time I go, I order the chicken tenders, and they are always fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. The customer service is excellent—everyone is friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. It’s hard to find a spot that consistently delivers great food and service, but JJ Fish & Chicken nails it every time. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious food and a great experience!“

“Had delay on flight so my mom wanted to stop somewhere for food. This was the first place that we noticed was rated above 2. 😂 The food was solid! I had the Holy Cow Burger w/ fries and mom had the Sweet & Spicy wings. We enjoyed both.

Food cost was fair. ($20) As far as cocktails, I had the Mr. Tea and mom had the Paloma. Both were good. Cocktails were $23, but it is what it is.

They’re always open when I need them, and the taste is consistently amazing every time. I literally drive 30 minutes just to come here, and that should tell you everything. I have a Sharks Fish & Chicken near my house and it does not compare at all. Captain Hook’s is on a whole different level.“

“We were a pretty large group with tons of kids under 5. Everyone was so kind to us and our kiddos. The food was delish as were the drinks! We had a minor hiccup with in the group and management was MORE THAN gracious and kind in fixing / making up for it.“
