“This is a small yet cozy bar. Mostly regulars and I'm pretty sure it's cash only. Decent music selection, no food, an interesting dresser in the womens bathroom, a pool table, a few gaming machines and some booths make up this bar.“

“I ordered the avocado chicken curry with rice! It was absolutely delicious. Very flavourful. Just perfect. My friend got the avocado mac and cheese. I tasted it and loved that too. The portions are large and we brought some home. We got the avocado cheesecake cup for desert and wow! Yummy yummy yummy. They have a kids menu too! I will be a regular customer in the future. You have to try this place!“

“Although I hear they have good smashburgers had a taste for wings. It's rare to find places that will give you the whole wing. Only downside, I wish they were a little bigger and on the online menu it pictured it came with coleslaw. It did come with fries that were nice and crispy. Overall, the meal was good and hot by the time I made it back home.“

“OMG!!! This place is the bomb, the inside of the restaurant is gorgeous, the customer service is phenomenal and the food is fantastic. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for some delicious soul food. I love the dressing, baked chicken, sweet potatoes and muffins. The portions are good, I had enough left over to take some home for a late night snack. Our hostess Ms. Lyn has outstanding service she made sure that my glass was full at all times and that I had everything that I needed. Her smile can light up a room, keep doing a great job and we will see you again very soon. If you have not been here RUUUUUUN‼️“

“Came here today for the brunch with the Grinch. It was a great experience for me and my family. My toddler really enjoyed the Grinch. He was interactive and great with the kids. The food and atmosphere were great also. Hope this becomes an annual event because we will be there every time.“

“I thought the food was great. Front desk staff appeared overwhelmed and did not present a welcoming vibe. We had a table of 5 but had to ask for silver wear for 3 more people and water for 2 more. The atmosphere is loud. Lots of children running around. Seemed a bit chaotic. Not sure I'd come here again“

“We happened to be working in the small town of Hodgkins and stumbled upon this place. It has a small town feel where everyone is super friendly and everything we have tried so far on the menu was AMAZING! The burgers are the best Around! “My experience today was really great! I went and ordered the chicken tenders basket with fries and a drink with 2 scoops of chocolate custard. My total was about $18 which wasn't bad!! The girl at the window was super friendly and the food was fresh!“
“I was robbed there by the wait staff on my wedding night. the evidence is in, the idiot deposited the checks in his own account and it traced back to this place. it's a disgrace and a curse that will not go away. I came before they were closing and he took care of me , I absolutely love JJ Fish & Chicken! Every time I go, I order the chicken tenders, and they are always fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. The customer service is excellent—everyone is friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. It’s hard to find a spot that consistently delivers great food and service, but JJ Fish & Chicken nails it every time. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious food and a great experience!“

“Impeccably clean restaurant! The food is amazing and fresh. My Skillet was delicious as the fresh ingredients made the difference! Home made and not from a Sysco can! Entire staff was attentive to their tables. Debi was very nice and attentive.
The owner is friendly, and you can tell he appreciates his staff.

“I've been going to both joes on 51st. Both are usually good. It's still the best bang for your buck, however, today I has the ribeye med well Hashrowns with onion bell peppers and cheese with French toast and everything was a hit. I couldn't have ask for a better chef this morning to make my food. Thank you guys so much. Keep up the great work. Sorry I forgot to take pictures I will next time“

“So I visited this place at least three times with a carry out order and customer service was awesome first time. Second I decided to go due to the good food and definitely the customer service, again awesome. Third, I enjoyed my food as always with recommendations from the young lady ( forgot her name). All three times I was either on crutches or knee brace. They were so sweet they helped me with my food to car an even told me to pull up to place and they’ll have my order ready for me! They were very nice to help me and for that I’m grateful. They went above and beyond. They made sure I was taken care of. So I brought my daughter there and she agree with the great customer service. Thank you guy so much. We will see you guys soon.“
