Friendly service from the moment I placed the order on the phone to the delivery itself. I received the food in the promised time and it was still hot.

We ordered the #23 Super Six The Works and the #27 Tomato, Spinach, Mushroom specialty pizzas. Both were delicious but we liked #27 best! The herbs and marinated veggies were out of this world and really elevated the flavor!
Prices were fair especially for the delivery service and portions we got. It fed us lunch, dinner, and breakfast between my husband and I!

So happy we ordered with you guys and had a good experience, especially since we were stuck at a hotel due to our truck being repaired at the mechanic. Keep up the great work!! :)“

“Lou's has the best deep dish we've had in the area. We dine in at the 171st & LaGrange facility. I would suggest a separate area for adults there, large family gatherings can be annoying, but tables usually always available.
For take out, we use the 128th & Harlem facility, orders always on time and a wide variety of frozen available. Don't forget the salad! Their dressing is now available for purchase at counter, the BEST!“

“These guys have been on my list for a while and it was worth the wait. THIS IS PIZZA. Bridgeport phils still has my heart but this place just bumped into the 2/3 spot for me. TOP 3 Chicago pizzeria.

Crust: this is what did it for me. The crust was a perfect thickness and kept its structure/ crisp throughout the whole pizza

Sauce: they’re cooking down their own sauce I believe. It’s got a touch of that fresh tomato sweetness. Nothing over powering, just a great classic sauce

Sausage/cheese: high quality Battaglia products. Traditional cheese blend and good sausage. Nothing crazy in this category but definitely brings their pizza together

“I purchased 4 thin crust meatball pizzas on Goldbelly to be shipped from Illinois all the way to AZ. The pizzas were boxed and packaged beautifully and arrived still frozen. Now to the pizzas, generously topped with huge half meatballs- not the crumbled crap so many restaurants pull and your disappointed thinking where is the beef, I am sure I ordered meatballs not this.The sauce perfection, the crust perfect and lots of cheese. Everything a pizza should be and you just can’t get in AZ. Thank you for a job well done. He answered the questions I had, he was very patient, and even recommended me his choice of things. It's refreshing to see people who actually care about their job these days and customer service. On top of all of that great impression, the pizza was SO good I got a slice of cheese, and their Hala sausage and I was surprised of how good it was???. “First time trying the calzone and it was pretty good. Alittle hard to cut with the plastic fork and knife given but tasted really good. The internal could have used alittle more heat but the outside was crispy so any longer in the oven might burn it. The pizza by the slice is always really good. Definitely give this spot a try“

There was a handicapped gentlemen that came in after my husband and myself so they asked if we could move to a booth for easier seating for the gentleman’s wheel chair. We of course moved. Not only did they ask so nicely, the manager Crystal, comped some of our items! She was so friendly and super professional! Our server Heather was also the best waitress we’ve had in a long long time! She was timely, efficient, and very accommodating! “Everything is great here, but I have one issue. Can you please refinish the seats of your chairs. Either they’re sticky from not being cleaned properly or it’s the finish itself that is deteriorating and is somehow becoming sticky. The other day when I was leaving, the fabric of my shorts stuck to the chair as if it was Velcro. It just gave me this like gross feeling as if it has never been cleaned. I’m trying to give the benefit of the doubt and bring it to your attention so you can address the situation.“
