“Peppo's came through for our unit when we needed to feed an entire squad! This was our first time with Peppo's and it was great! We definitely will be ordering from here again.“

“Was at office next store saw they had tortas so asked if they did shrimp tortas as they also did shrimp burritos got that instead with avocado added.

Burrito was good, shrimp seemed cooked and fresh (although the first one I ate still had some shell or pieces of the tail on it, mistakes happen though.

Still was tasteful, bit heavy on cilantro but overall worth the 15 dollars or so I paid for it, would go back for sure.

Inside was nothing special but it was clean had decent seating for so small a space and they seemed to have lots of stuff to offer on the menu.“

“My teenage daughter had been wanting to try Dave’s Hot Chicken for a while, so I finally took her, her friend, my son, and his friend.

I was pleasantly surprised! The chicken was well-seasoned, flavorful, and the quality was very good—comparable to Chick-fil-A in quality, but with its own unique taste. The chicken sandwich had a generous portion, with plenty of chicken extending beyond the bun.

The standard sauces were good, especially the mayo-based sauce. We also tried the Hot Honey sauce. It had great flavor, but it wasn’t very spicy. If you like heat, you’ll probably need something spicier. Just keep in mind that some specialty sauces come with an additional charge.

The restaurant was fairly clean, had a steady flow of customers, and the service was good.

The only downside for me was the price. The food was tasty, but I felt it was a bit overpriced, which is why I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars. Overall, it was a good experience, and I wouldn’t mind going back.“

“Yesterday I took the Sourdough Breadmaking Class with Chef George at The Ancestral Oven and I just pulled an amazing loaf of bread out of my home oven 24 hours later! Chef George provided all the necessary instruction and supplies - including a lively starter - for students to start their own sourdough journey at home. The class included hands-on experience feeding the starter, as well as folding and shaping the dough. I had a great time at the class and can't wait to return to try out the breakfast and lunch menu at The Ancestral Oven Bakery and Cafe.“

“I been to this place over a few times and I never been disappointed, and they opened this new location in Orland park. When you walk in the atmosphere automatically hits you full of warm white marble and brown coffee colors. The place is very clean and awesome for studying because they have mini study pods!!! So enjoy your coffee and study effortlessly. As for when I order, every staff member there is wonderful. Patient, attentive, and swift. I had ordered a new item called the cream cheese cinnamon bun!! It was mouth watering (10/10 must try again) and amazing iced coffee!! So with that being said definitely stop by this location.“

The menu is varied, everything I've ever had has been excellent from the Beef Bourguignon Crepe to the French Onion soup. The atmosphere is lovely. The down side to me has been the wait staff is almost always a bit pretentious. Perhaps I should have paid more attention to see if it was the same waitress that seemed that way. “Back when I lived in the area, Irish Times had just opened and I stopped in to have a Guinness. Now, I have had Guinness all over the Chicago area and never has a Chicago pint ever approached the magical, otherworldly flavor of a pint consumed in Ireland. I don't know if it's the water, the proximity to the brewery or just some kind of strange magic that happens to Guinness in Ireland, but I've never had better. That all changed when I drank that first pint at Irish Times. It was easily the best pint of Guinness I've had outside the Emerald Isle. I've since left the area and have had pints all over the United States and Canada. Nothing has approached the quality, freshness and taste of the Guinness at Irish Times in Brookfield. If you are lucky enough to be nearby, don't hesitate to make a detour to the pub. You will not regret it.“

“We held a celebration of life for my brother here today. About 50 in attendance in the stylish, comfortable upstairs area. Despite the fact that I planned this from 400 miles away and without having ever seen the venue, it went off without a hitch due to Mr. David Candiotti and his staff. No surprises. Everything was as promised. The venue is extremely stylish and rustic. Food was delicious and plentiful as were the drinks. Service was fast, efficient and friendly thanks to Mona, Alberto and Olena. I highly recommend.“

“No doubt the pizza’s are amazing but once we bring them home they do not taste good as we dine in at eat. Also, not only me but alot of people have noticed how rude the guy is who picks up the call. I am giving my order over the phone and he rushes me because he has someone coming in his restaurant. Next , I ask him couple of questions which he shows so much attitude. Third , I hate dining in this place . The guy keeps checking to see if we didn’t make the tables or floor messy. No kind of professionalism. We do not eat free . We pay for the pizza’s he should not show this type of etiquette“

“We recently hosted a wedding shower at Vogt House, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. A special thank you to Mary Ann for her kindness and incredible help with setting everything up—she made the entire day feel easy and stress-free.
The historic building is absolutely beautiful and full of charm, which made the event feel even more special. The upstairs room was especially lovely and provided the perfect setting for our gathering.
The food was very good, with plenty of it for all of our guests, and everything was presented nicely.
