Frosty Penguin is the best! Love this place and good news now they are expanding their menu and open all year round. Support this place. It's one of the last little ice cream places around. Good food and in the summer good times sitting outside having a soft serve cone.
Great local hamburger and ice cream place.I've gotten the cheese burger twice. Once it was the best burger I've ever had, the second time it was ok. Both times the fries were incredibly generous.Ice cream is always perfect and worth the wait.
