“I placed my To go order. Then waited got up from the booth to see if my order was being prepared. It wasn't the place had maybe a couple customers. I asked where the employees were. A waitress had to go look for them. Then a to go order was being prepared bread sticks and mushrooms. They started my order . When it was ready the waitress had my food ready. But instead of giving my order to me. She was holding my order and watching tv. I guess watching tv is more important than customers.“

The boneless wings are top tear with a side of their homemade ranch dressing that is absolutely mouth watering! I will definitely be coming back! The gentleman that was working was so sweet too and very personable!“

“Had bad service on delivery and the driver lied to me. Pizza was wrong so I had to wait for my correct order and they made me give back the first pizza that wasn't correct and the driver said they will probably use it again. But I know they will just throw it away cause it was aty place for 40 minutes. Lies!!“

My sister and I whom I tagged to win in the post, went for lunch on Halloween and had 2 amazing pizzas!! And amazing cold beers with many choices of beer. The barbecue chicken and one with homemade sausage were both so delicious and the gf crust was amazing! The waiter was such a friendly, happy chap that we so enjoyed visiting with. “We have eaten in or we have preordered for carry out at least 2-3 times a month. Never had a bad pizza since they opened about 8 years ago(2015) at Peoria North location. The Pizza is always HOT! You pick up your pizza from the bar, and if you get there and your pizza is not ready from a call in, they offer you a drink from the bar as a complementary, wait. 5 stars any way you ask!!“

“I have been eating pizza here since I was a little girl. Almost 30 years. It is my favorite pizza ever & honestly, the only pizza I really love. I always order a family deluxe & I recommend this place to literally everyone. However, the service lately has been awful. I called to place my usual order yesterday, just a family deluxe & the woman who answered said “Oh, well it’s going to be at least an hour wait.” & I said that’s fine, I’m ok with waiting an hour. & she then immediately replied “Oh actually it’s going to be like 2 hours, the kitchen just told me that.” & I said “2 hours just for 1 pizza?” & she said “Yes I’m sorry. There’s too many orders in front of you so it’ll be a long time before they can get to yours”. So I politely said no thanks then, I couldn’t wait that long to eat. She acted very strange like she just didn’t want to take any orders. It was odd. My husband thought it was super strange so he decided to call less than 5 minutes after I did just to see. He asked to put in an order for a family deluxe & was told it would be 45 minutes, no problem at all & we picked it up even a little early with zero issues. It all depends on who answers the phone it seems. They have some of the best waitresses & then they have some of the worst. It’s so up & down. I still recommend eating here but just know, lately it’s 50/50 on whether you’ll have good service or not. I hope they will figure out who the problems are here because I really love this place.“

“My 8 year old son wanted pizza and ice-cream so we visited Hucks establishment. The service with the lady in the kitchen was one of a kind. She was patient and willing. She didn't have an attitude and she helped us get what we wanted. As the pizza was approaching to be ready, the lady in the kitchen found me over the counter to ask which pizza I wanted and how I wanted it presented. With an awesome smile, she handed us our pizza and we went on our way to get ice-cream and leave. The attendant at the counter was also helpful with checking us out. We had a great experience. “The lady in the back this morning who was running the food area was severely rude. This was MONDAY SEPTEMBER 22ND AT 8:40 AM , AND KEEP IN MIND THIS HAPPENED WITHIN THE 3 MINUTES WE WERE IN THERE - a sweet old lady trying to get a coffee was asking about lids and she was super rude to her telling her all the lids are one size so they will fit while giving her a rude look and a customer ended up helping her instead of HER AN EMPLOYEE, she wasn’t even making food back there in her area but she was nonstop slamming all the doors in the back food area being super loud just giving off a bad vibe, overall she gave everyone in that place a bad rep for that location. I’m normally not the person to make a review but when you know someone needs addressed over the way they act at their job I felt obligated to say something. She might act completely different around a manager but when she’s there with no one around I’m sure she’s the way she acted today, RUDE AS HELL.“

“The best Chuck E Cheese we have been to! We celebrated our son’s 8th birthday there today and couldn’t of had a better experience. Staff saw that we were walking in with presents for a birthday and were so helpful and kind. Our family has been to other locations for Chuck E Cheese and they do not compare. “We arrived around 6:00 p.m. on a Friday night. There were only 10 people in the restaurant. We were seated and got our drinks right way. We sat for 20 minutes before anyone took our order. We got two different waitresses. The first waitress gave us poor service. The other one at least tried. It took 1 half hours just to get served and paid. I usually leave a decent tip but after this experience I left $2.00. Our food was watery and had poor flavor. We will not be returning which is sad because we usually love the food and always had good service.“
