Osaka | Hibachi & Sushi Bar Reviews
Customers beware: We used to go any day of the week before 3:00 for the lunch menu. That has changed now…on Saturdays & Sunday you can only order from the dinner menu. Also, all their prices have increased (i.e., lunch bento box used to be $9.95, but is now $16.95.) Sadly the ginger salad dressing seems different…not much of a ginger taste, & too much like mayonnaise. The miso soup was very, very salty. We will not be going for lunch anymore on Saturday or Sunday. Too pricey.
Salmon was good. Escolar and tuna were not fresh
It was great and the service was top notch. We ordered hibachi and sushi and my family related it 10/10.

Osaka | Hibachi & Sushi Bar is a popular restaurant offering a variety of Japanese dishes. Customers appreciate the quality of the drinks, appetizers, and sushi, which are often described as perfect. The sushi includes items like salmon, super white tuna, yellow fin, and other fish, with many enjoying the flavors, though some found certain fish to be very strong or fishy. The hibachi dinners feature options such as chicken, salmon, steak, and shrimp, with large portions and entertaining presentation, especially during lunch services.
The atmosphere is generally nice and suitable for groups, with some reviews highlighting a reasonable price for the generous servings. Service varies; many find it good and attentive, though a few mention staff being overworked or rude on certain occasions. The experience can be fun, especially for first-timers trying hibachi for the first time.
However, some reviews note issues like long wait times for sushi, overcooked meat, and cleanliness concerns, including a men's urinal out of order. A visit during a special occasion like New Year's Eve was quiet, and the overall quality has been described as not as good as before. Despite these inconsistencies, Osaka remains a recommended spot for sushi, hibachi, and a fun dining experience.
