the food was great, My husband had the beef big burger and I had the smoked sausage po'boy. We shared gator bites for the appetizer. the service was great. Definitely would go back.
not only was the food delicious (which it REALLY was), the staff were very friendly and the service was wonderful. and if that wasn't enough, I left my hat behind after dining while on a family vacation and they mailed it back to me in Ohio and refused to let me reimburse them for the shipping. absolute class act. could not recommend highly enough! I hope to find myself in Peoria again just so I can eat there again.
Honestly, I do really enjoy this place usually. Haven't been there in about 6 months. The service was not good. Only 1 waitress which is usual. However, she was not on top of it when it came to taking orders and checking on us. Handedness menus and walked away before I could order a drink and didn't come back for about 8 minutes. Didn't check on us to refill drinks. When she finally did after we were all done I ordered 1 more drink and the check because I was tired...
