“Our first time at Fuse’d in Plainfield and we were very impressed! From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was lively, and the service was impeccable. We enjoyed every bit of the Manchego Caesar salad, Butter Chicken Bowl, and Pistachio Crusted Salmon. The Bread Pudding for dessert was divine. We'll definitely be back for more!“

“Went for dinner, the location is perfect, very walkable, the building is gorgeous and the decor is tasteful. Ample beer selection and cocktail choices. Got the Mexican steak special with rice beans and pepper sauce. The steak was perfect, not too fatty, moist, perfectly grilled and seasoned. The tortillas were fresh, soft and warm.The rest of the food was disappointing, the beans and rice were cooked well but were completely flavorless. The sauce that was supposed to be made with peppers and spices was completely void of any flavor. Considering the price of the steak I’d choose something else.

“I would give this place 100 stars if able! I had to plan a rehearsal luncheon for my son's wedding in Joliet in mid May with only 2 months notice. Since we live in North Carolina, I had to do all the research online. Thank heaven I came across SixtyFour Reserve Room in a Google search. The manager, Andrew, contacted me right away and was so helpful in making suggestions for our event. Cheryl, the events manager, took over in finalizing all the arrangements. There are so many different options for appetizers, meal combinations, wine, cocktails and beer! Our guests were able to choose their favorites ahead of time. When we arrived on the day of the event, we were so delighted by the venue! Everything I had requested was in place, and Cheryl and our amazing server/bartender, Alex, immediately greeted us and made everyone feel welcome. The appetizers and meals were served efficiently and right on the timeline I had planned. The food was incredibly delicious with a pleasing presentation. Our guests had so much fun with the Wine Stations, and the whiskey lovers appreciated the variety of choices. Everyone raved about how much they enjoyed the food, drink and ambiance. Best of all, I was able to relax and enjoy our guests since all the work was done by Andrew, Cheryl, Alex and the kitchen staff. The cost was very reasonable, especially so close to Chicago. “Intimate Irish bar with crazy good German food options. They aren’t shy with the pour for mixed drinks, and the prices are reasonable.

They had live music the night we were there, and it was really above average and quite enjoyable. Absolutely will return to explore more of the drinks and menu. Dinner and drinks ran about 44 dollars per person, but we chose from some of the more expensive items.

“My wife and I had our second baby in March, and we visited Rosebud on a whim with our baby and older daughter as our first dinner out. We were greeted by Dan at the host's stand and he saw that we had a baby and sat us in a secluded section of the restaurant so as not to bother anyone. Our waitress, Deedee, was attentive and brought our food and drinks out quickly and was very helpful the entire night. We'll definitely be back!“
