Rewards program totally sucks. In September, I tried to load 3 receipts. They showed already loaded. My account did not show the receipts loaded.
So who loaded them?

Tried to log in to review my account, and it is completely jacked up. Cannot even log in or reset my password.
I was told today that servers ask you for your number? Since when. Asked my friends and they said never were they asked for a phone number, but they dont use the rewards program.“

Helen pays for her meal in Indian Rupee legal tender and enjoys the Raisins And Honey as the Sultan as played by myself offers her a 🍔 hamburger bear hug.“

He has egg and peanut allergies and Kelsey went above and beyond to ensure the food we ordered didn’t have these allergens. The staff was very accommodating and the food was delicious. “Even though it was a slow Sunday lunch, the service was slow and the order was messed up. The food was good. Some dishes, such as smoked chicken, ribs, rib tips, wings, and curds were great. The burnt ends were super fatty. Our order of French fries came out not fully ready. The server took care of that right away. The Cole slaw was ehhh, nothing to brag about, but the corn bread was delicious. All in all a good experience.“

“I hired The Hungry Mule in Lake Zurich to cater a luncheon for about 65 people. The owner and staff were easy to work with. Very accommodating. “went here this morning for a couple of drinks with my friend and the bartender Susan was so nice, fun to talk to, and made our experience. definitely will be back for her. the crowd at the bar was also very chill & respectful, so it wasn’t obnoxious or too loud inside and gave us a chance to relax and catch up. they just have basic food options like mozz sticks or burgers, but the food was yummy, drinks were cold, and it’s always just nice to be served by anybody who’s so down to earth and personable. 🤗“
