I really can't believe it. 8:30pm on a Tuesday and the bread is soft and fresh and the lettuce is still green 🤩 the app wouldn't let me order bc it was too close to closing time, but we had the best experience with Braxton! I am so used to stores trying to close early, but he was so good!! His attitude was great and the sandwiches are bar none! (I am also not a relative of Braxton, we are new to the area and totally fell in love with THIS location today.)“

Why there is no Veg Patty in online app orders or why the staff is not trained on how to address the customer questions in a friendly manner and they seem to be lost or confused even with a simple question.“
