“An impromptu decision to stop by the Privilege bar this evening after a long work day turned out to be the best decision for a relaxing evening. The bar located at the rooftop of the Mondrian Itaewon in Seoul only opens from 6pm and we arrived half an hour earlier but the staff on duty was accommodating to allow us to take a seat and have a look around. Great panoramic view and we arrived just in time to catch the sunset. Love the vibe and music choice. Met with Tobbig Shin, F&B Assistant / Bar Manager who arrived from Singapore after a short stint doing a pop up in Mondrian Singapore. Highly recommend to try their signature cocktail “The P.T (Privilege Gin & Tonic)”, 5 stars for creativity and distinct taste, the pairing of Sonbi Gin and tonic. Jay, the Bartender served us and he graciously included a very detailed introduction - Sonbi Gin is distilled from 100% corn. Made with 10 botanicals including juniper, Schisandra berries, Chinese licorice, grains of paradise, cassia, green cardamom, coriander, lemon peel, orris root, and Angelica root. We had a second cocktail at their recommendation, Sun & Moon, made with Tokki Soju Black Label, Roasted Barley, Lemon, Pineapple and Crafted Moon Candy. Will definitely be back the next time I’m in Seoul!“

“Came here for the first time and was surprised with their food and service. Bartenders were attentive and served you with a smile. Their nachos were some of the best I’ve had, and the atmosphere puts you a drinking and dancing mood. Definitely will come back and would recommend to friends.“

“One of the best places I've eaten from in a good while. The servers were very attentive. Management came out to check on us, which always nice to see. It was our first time here and it seemed very family friendly. There is outside seating! The food was pretty good. I was there on a double date and everyone enjoyed themselves. We will definitely be back.

“A family friend took me here with my brother and I am so happy she did! This piano bar has awesome atmosphere and the musicians are so talented, it seems like they can play most songs on the spot. People can write a song request on a piece of paper and hand it to the musicians playing piano with a tip and they will play it! I highly recommend, this place has awesome energy!“

“It’s good to know that the SpongeBob ice cream bars are now back. This is dope. Whats not dope is the gumball eyeballs are no longer and you can’t be an Oompa Loompa like me - you’ll a need step stool to restock the TP for your Bungholio! … or bring that friendly face at the bar to bring into the restroom to help you out with the TP. I’m sorry but if you’re bringing your kiddos to a bar, make them work so they don’t up like me or you or those guys over there who’s been here for 6 hours trying to get the #1 spot on the “closest alcoholic anonymous” board. kids from the north shore can clean and bust tables and clean windows too. Also not sure on the return policy at this place. I tried to return the cans after I drunk them for a full refund but they were on to my game even after drawing a mustache on my face and came in with an accent. Next time I’ll try a Halloween outfit. Also It’s the breweries fault for making good beer. Also I would highly suggest more fire drinks! Fire is cool. Thank you.“

“My husband and I are visiting from Arizona and were meeting some friends in The Glen. We planned on going to The Yardhouse, but thought it was too noisy. Saw the reviews for The Oak and we were so glad we did. The burger I had was the best burger I have ever had, our friend felt the same. My husband and our other friend had the rueben, they loved them also. We left the restaurant and we were going to take individual pics, then this really nice guy offered to take a picture of all of us. He was so very nice. Guess what, he was the owner. We will definitely be back on our next visit here and our friends will be back sooner. Great food!!!!“

“Nice neighborhood bar on the Northwest side. Met the owner who was working behind the bar and she was very welcoming. Good selection of drinks, good service and a good crowd for a weeknight. Had good conversation with a couple of locals and will be back again next time I'm in the neighborhood.“

“This place is awesome as staff and customers are very friendly and food is always good. If you want something light the vegetable soup is great and comes with a warm dinner roll. Bar service is great and there are daily food and drink specials. Pizza is also excellent!!!“

“All I know is that the food is so good that I have been here 3 times since it opened (Which has been less then 6 months). I know I should branch out and try the other offerings but I just really love the Tori Paitan and will be back more when the cooler weather is fully settled in.
I also sincerely appreciate that there are good non-alcoholic mixed drinks, because sometimes someone just wants a fun mixed drink but none of the alcohol and there's quite a few options here- expanded even from the menu pictured on Google. There's a really good Yuzu based drink that I also keep getting that is my favorite.
The atmosphere is higher end but not pretentious, and cozy while still being open.

I look forward to bringing more of my friends here.

Parking: Fair amount of parking but it's in a strip mall with other restaurants so you're not always able to find a spot immediately. There's usually more parking in the back“

“Happened upon this darling restaurant while in Chicago. Really good service and fantastic food. The coconut shrimp was probably the best I have ever had. And the elote was amazing.“

The assortment of kebabs was especially impressive: its taste, presentation and quality of products were at the highest level.

The service was at an excellent level - the waiters are polite, quickly respond to all requests and help with the choice of dishes.

“We were in Chicago from the Puyallup Wa area. We are always on the lookout for a great neighborhood bar, and this is it! We arrived at a bit of a lull and got a seat at the bar.
The waitress was great. She took care of us and the other guests were very friendly, even sharing their Trader Joe’s popcorn, and even bought us shots.
If you are in the area this bar is a must visit for a good hometown feel even when you are across the country!“

“Had an Italian beef sandwich here today and it was very good. Not as good as Johnnie's or Al's, but still very good considering that you're at the airport. Plenty of peppers and giardiniera if you ask for it spicy. Service was very quick and friendly as well. “Got my traditional pre-flight drink here on Monday. It was ~$14. There's limited seating at the bar itself. Not sure if you can take the drinks to the surrounding tables, though I assume you can. The bartender allowed me to bring food from the bakery and eat it at the bar. While I was gone he put a napkin over my drink. I love that! It's a little reminder to others that I'll be back and not to mess with my drink! Great place run by great people!“

“PS Pub truly exhibits everything a neighborhood bar is supposed to be good people unwinding enjoying different ales and spirits sharing conversation and having a laugh. up until now I've always shopped at the liquor store next door, I stopped in for my favorite blue moon with a wedge of Orange ice cold and on tap well I guess I found myself having a few and when I'm feeling that way I gaze upon the pretty bottles of spirits Tequila's rums whiskeys from all over the place and that little demon in my belly says "send it my way" so I settled on a peanut butter whiskey I love them if that's your thing you know they have malort which I've never actually tried I hear it's an acquired taste perhaps another time they've got a nice little popcorn machine that puts it out I like to snack a bit while I'm putting them down. friendly service really nice people from the neighborhood and a great place to unwind. so although it doesn't look like much from the outside you know judging that book by its cover thing stop in belly up and enjoy yourself“
